Discord ban and """flaming""" appeal

Why the verdict is not fair: I was not flaming nor flamebaiting. My first interaction with this "Riz" person was maybe a week or so ago when he was complaining about what's going on in the server and that the server population was low - whilst he himself has not played on the server in months. Then again today he began complaining again, so I called him out for this as seen here:

as you can see I did not flame nor flamebait, but merely pointed out a fact that he hasn't played here so he does not have a good grasp of the things happening in-game when he does not play. I did so in a respectful manner without any name calling or "baiting" of any kind - to which I was met with emojis of him blatantly calling me a baby. He then continues to flamebait me in Discord here:

calling me "little one", again making jokes related to this "child/baby" theme. He even continues to flame/flamebait me in his own appeal and in a status update after the situation was already over and done with.

Additional statements/comments explaining your point of view: Seen above. I don't understand why I have been given 5 points for flaming when I literally did not insult him or attempt to bait him into insulting me in any way whatsoever. I do not know Riz as I was taking a break from the community during the time he played here and I have nothing against the guy. I have nothing to gain from arguing with people I do not know - the only points I have ever received for flaming was well over three years ago and I have been nothing but polite and cordial since then whenever I've been interacting with other community members.

What would you like to achieve with this appeal: I would like to be unbanned from the Discord so I can continue talking with my friends from the community who are not in my personal/group's Discord and be able to attend the Helpdesk if I ever need help from the Staff team. I would also like for my 5 warning points to be revoked as I believe they are completely unwarranted as I did not flame or flamebait anyone.

A seperate team of staff has looked over your appeal and has decided to ACCEPT it.

You were not only apart of a bigger conversation but a conversation that was derailing fast by other participants within said conversation. However after a staff member stepped in and told you all to relax and quit it, you did not do anything that could be considered a rulebreak after that point. And due to your decision to quit once told, we've decided to accept your appeal.

We encourage you to quit before it goes too far in the future, there was no reason to call RiZ a kid but nor was there a reason for his behaviour, and overall was a situation you should've distanced yourself from.
