"The point of us is simple, after days of robberies, kidnappings, the murder of countless foreigners, and the failure of the Chernorussian government to protect its civilians and foreign guests the decision has been made to create a UNION that will protect the lives of foreigners like you. We are not a group that will order you around, we don't have one single leader, our plans and actions are voted on by an anonymous Council and will be delivered to you by an anonymous source. For your safety all will be anonymous as well."

*There's a small break before he starts talking again*

"Our goal in the end is to be peacefully repatriated or we will take action and leave forcefully."

"If you wish to join our cause and protest the restriction of your freedom to leave your instructions will come from 106.5"
"I am going more in-depth and explaining our reasoning on the same frequency, I urge you to tune in and listen."

"I will see you there"

*After a short silence your radio cuts off*

I have had no issues being in this wonderful country and have had nothing but politeness and humility from both the RAC and the Russian Military. In fact, I have yet to see any problems from any natives or other foreigners. Except my Gun Shop getting looted but Hell, the stocks have our family name on it so I choose to see it as free advertisement. Hehe!" 

The creaking of a wooden chair could be heard as well as a heavy sigh as he sits down

"I'm a proud American and Russian. My father was Russian and mother was an American tourist. Love at first sight. I was born in Leningrad, now modern day St. Petersburg and when the Iron Curtain fell, my family moved back to America. I'm here with my cousins now and they are Serbian and Russian. We have an international family. My uncle died from this disease going around. Recently. This illness has taken countless lives and the last thing we need is to fight each other over nationalities. Those sick people out there are the real problem. So let's stand together as a unified people! Regardless of where you are from, fight beside your fellow man and together we will over come these dark times! God bless all people in this land!"

The sound of a wooden chair breaking is heard as well as a brief scream as the man has fallen backwards in the chair breaking the legs

Im not to sure about others, but I have had few issues with locals other than, what some kind friends I know like to call them " The Russian dogs called the R.A.C"  Now I have had many issues with them alone, as have my friends. Do I believe what you have said about murder on the streets for being a foreigner... No, no I can't, Everyone I have met, talked to, drunk with, done business with. I could not see any of them doing the things you say. Now, do I believe it could happen in a way, Yes but not unprovoked? 

*As the radio clears, you hear a group of people agree and welcome him back*

*He clears his throat and starts* 

"First i'd like to say that I by no means was acting rude did the men he chose me to take their anger out on. In fact it seems as if there was probably nothing I could have done and maybe it was fate. I met them first at a well filling my cooking pot, they walked up, saw what I had in my hands, and without a word pulled out their weapons and pointed them at me. As my heart nearly exploded I fumbled around and gave them what they asked for when they finally spoke and asked me to give them the cooking pot. They told me to run and that's where I thought it would end but as I said earlier it seems fate had another plan. Fast forward about an hour and they run into me at another Well filling a water bottle. When they saw what I was filling they started yelling at me tell me to put my hands up, which I did immediately. They searched me, stole my food and said water bottle, and told me 'this is what you get for lying' where they then proceeded to beat the ever-loving shit out of me with the butt of their guns and  breaking my nose with the same cooking pot I gave them. I pleaded for them to let me live and give me some water and food to survive but all they did was point in the direction of the nearest well and told me to run. So I did my best to not overwork myself and a jogged until I passed out from dehydration. Thankfully it seems some kind soul give me enough water and fed me what's the price of the clothes on my back. I woke up later and went on my way, trying to avoid people as much as I can."

"Secondly I would like to say I know for a fact that not all Chernorussians are the same and in fact I was wrong in saying all of your people slaughtering your own and foreigners. I should have said some of your people not all and I apologize." 

"Third you are correct in the fact that kicking us out and letting us go wherever we want to go would spread the disease but that is not how things are done when they are run by governments that know what they're doing. I'm no epidemiologist but I do know that when the second wave of this shit hit citizens of other countries that were infected and not in their homeland were quarantined and transported back by aircraft. And who knows maybe intervention will come and the people who don't want to be here will be able to leave but until that happens governments still have the duty to uphold the law and not let their land become a war zone."

"Fourth I would like to say that you are very well spoken and although you are on the other side of my argument I still do enjoy someone that I can have a proper discussion with."

"Fifth I know it may seem that i'm just asking to have a comfortable lifestyle in a lofty apartment building but what I'm trying to get across is that all I want is everyone's right to safety. I'm sure that life is hard here and I'm not ignorant enough to ignore that fact but you must understand, you might have grown up here but I only got here couple days ago. And frankly I don't even know where I am 80% of the time."

"Sixth if it is normal to get beat up by the locals here then I commend you for your strength because it must be hard. If it's not normal then why are you phrasing it like it's nothing."

"Seventh i'm well aware that in different cultures around the world there are very different ways of talking and being polite. I do try my best do not insult anybody and when I do I profusely apologize."

"Eighth I am fully aware everyone is stressed right now, we're living in a completely different time, but that is no excuse for lawlessness and Death on the streets. I never thought I would see human meat cut up in front of me but now I guess because people are stressed and I should calm down and deal with it."

*A heavy sigh is heard before he continues*

"I believe I have covered everything you said in your statement except for the jabs you made but because of my misspoken words I deserve some of them."
"Hopefully you understand that I mean no bad intentions and I only want to go back to my family and i only hope i can get some plan or message from the government tell the populace that you will be able to go home in the future."

"So you met one group of people who beat you up and now you have decided 'OH NO CHERNARUS IS NOT SAFE FOR ME! ONE GROUP OF PEOPLE HAVE BEATEN ME!' I assume muggings and robberies must never happen in your country. Did you even try going to Vybor and reporting these men to the military there or staying around that area?"

“ I did go to Vybor and that is where a doctor walked up to me with a pair of pants in his hand and decided to show me what was in them. It was just a bunch of bloody meat which I thought was disgusting until he told me this was human meat and that the couple of them are running away from here because they don’t feel safe.”

“Before they left they showed the men in uniform what they found. These men then proceeded to confiscate the pants and say nothing else about it”
