Detailed description of the events: I got into a fist fight with a guy in the camp and the one who lost had to leave camp. I lost and as i was leaving camp with almost no health (mark on red). The guy which i had a fist fight with apparently now wants an apologie, he was with his buddy, baiting me into a robbery. I told him i apologise if he does aswell but didnt accept. now he wants for me to give him my weapon and an apologie, thus i cant do since im gonna be left with no weapon to protect myself i tell him i apologise and ill be on my way, he says ok leave, i turn to leave and they both point guns at from behind. They tell me to jog into the near forest i comply. They tell me to drop bag i do it. They tell me to leave the bag there and move forward i do and one of them keeps telling me to run but i cant so they keep aggresively telling me to run and i say " I cant fucking run", one of them keeps saying run and one tells me if i keep my bad attitude up hes gonna kill me but the only thing i said was i cant fucking run, before hand i even told them i apologise for my words. Last time i hear a "keep up that bad attitude and you will die" while i try to explain to them that i cant run i get killed. with my hand up, no gun, complying. Was that really an RP situation for me to die ? Just cause i told him i cant fucking run, really? The situation could've been dealt with more carefulness, may i add that during the fight between me and one of the two guys, the second one punches me as well in " defence " of his friend but he was not in the conflict, i didnt insult or attack him, didnt knew they we're friends. i was even hit multiple times while i was on the ground while i had black screen this causing me to have red mark of health that almost killed me in first place. From my opinion the banter should've ended as discussed, with the loser of the fist fight leaving camp, not dying cause i hurt his big ego by saying i cant fucking run.

POV:  was chilling in the rac camp when a man with a knights helmet started acting funny, it turned into and arguemet and then into a fist fight, to which i won. 

after he gets up he calls me names and keeps shit talking so i and @NorwayRP put him on his ass again. he then wakes up and keeps talking shit, he starts leaving the camp as we agreed upon.

after he leaves me and @NorwayRP take our chanche to teach him a lesson and get some more supplies since they're so scarce. we catch up to him, ask him to apologize a few times, to which he says you first. i then tell him to leave his gun, ammo and whatever spare food he has aswell as the apology.

he then pulls out his gun and says that wont be happening. so we initiate on him, bring him towards pustoshka in the field, since he his hurt he is stumbling around a bit, @NorwayRP tells him to try and sprint as fast as he can, to which OP starts saying he "fucking" cant. Norway keeps telling him to run as fast as he can but the OP keeps saying he cant run with a pretty bad attitude, @NorwayRP tells him if he doesn't drop the attitude he's getting killed. and also counts down from 5 for him to stop, but OP decided to backtalk again so he was shot.

OP keeps going one more time and gets killed by @NorwayRP, we then disperse.

Norway POV:

Was hanging in the RAC camp doing some campfire RP when a lad challenge a friend of mine to a fist fight because of some banter that got on each others nerves. The lads took it out back and began fighting with terms that if OxeN lost he'd shut up and if the other guy lost he'd leave. OxeN wins heavy handidly  which pisses the other guy off who then proceeds to from my point of view cheap shot OxeN in the back so I ran up and helped OxeN knock the guy down again. Afterwards I continued the RP by punching him a few times whilst curising at him for being a cheat. The man then gets up some more choice explitives are exchanged to which OxeN and myself strongly suggested he leave the area before getting hurt. He then makes the decision to call us "Fucking Russian Scum" and proceeded to waddle off. After discussing what we should do, we chased after the man once he left the area of the camp and demanded he apologize. He initially refused, until I said "That's fine, we can escalate this situation if you'd like" at which point he pulled his AKM out and told him he wouldn't apologize. So OxeN and myself pull our weapons and get on both sides of him and strongly suggested he apologize and leave his weapon on the ground and never come back. He then tried to avoid losing his weapon so he agreed to apologize. OxeN knowing that wasn't enough now initiates and I follow suit. We escort the man into the woods 50m off the road and command him to drop his bag and put his hand down and run. He puts his hand down and sprints for maybe 5 seconds then says according to him "I can't run" which neither OxeN or I heard. I tell him to pick up the pace to which he responds extremely loudly in a hostile shouting tone "I CAN'T FUCKIN RUN FUCK" I tried to respond however he kept shouting, so I cut him off and said "drop the attitude now" he yells again and I responded again to drop the attitude. After he shouts the third time and ignores my two previous warnings I respond in turn with shouting and demand that he "Drop the fucking attitude or I'll drop you" then as he was attempting to yell again I said "In 5...4...3...2...1 you will have no more fucking attitude or die." The very next thing he responds with is "I CAN"T FUCKING RUN WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU WANT FROM ME" Since it was very clear my demand that he stop with the attitude and shouting as I had stated it 4 times, and literally counted him down. Along with his previous big dicking, and insulting my characters ethnicity I decided to shoot him for failing to comply to clear and fair demands given to him on four separate occasions.

If anything this was a clear case of him not properly understanding the situation he was in an valuing the life of his character and complying while obviously out gunned and in a no-win situation.

I'll apologise if this is an unnecesary extra post but i would like to clarify some points made in this POV. 

1. " when a lad challenge a friend of mine to a fist fight because of some banter that got on each others nerves. " - i didnt come with the idea of a fist fight, but i went along with it since i wanted some RP and i enjoy fist fighting.

2. " OxeN wins heavy handidly  which pisses the other guy off who then proceeds to from my point of view cheap shot OxeN in the back so I ran up and helped OxeN knock the guy down again." - this is also false since i just stood up from being knocked out, THE LOGS showing that I GOT punched, not the other way around, "cheap shoting". they we're both next to each other along side the other people watching the fight. they we're facing me not away from me. 

3. "He initially refused, until I said "That's fine, we can escalate this situation if you'd like" at which point he pulled his AKM out and told him he wouldn't apologize." =  before pulling my akm out you requested an apologie along with my gun to which i respond " if you apologise aswell i can apologise as well and be on my way" trying to not ESCALATE the situation even further, this went for like 10 seconds, i keep saying if we both apologise we can leave it like that", something along these lines. 

4. " So OxeN and myself pull our weapons and get on both sides of him and strongly suggested he apologize and leave his weapon on the ground and never come back. He then tried to avoid losing his weapon so he agreed to apologize. OxeN knowing that wasn't enough now initiates and I follow suit." = again missing the fact that one of you said to me to leave at which point i do, i turn around and as i so i hear loud screaming to drop my gun, me doing so, complying. May i add that the fact that he said "He then tried to avoid losing his weapon so he agreed to apologize." clearly me giving up on my gun its a bait, an apologie is suddenly not accepted anymore unless its by giving him my stuff. Baiting me on getting robbed anyway and they even mention that they robbed me for my gear and food, ammo etc. 

5.  "He puts his hand down and sprints for maybe 5 seconds then says according to him "I can't run" which neither OxeN or I heard." = as i stated i was on red mark health so there is no way i could've sprinted, i dont know why you mention that. I leave my bag down as requested by you, raise my hand up and i try to explain to him that i cant run.

6. They mention the fact that he clearly stated for me to drop the attitude but they we're both screaming, clearly didnt hear me when i said the first time simply " i cant run". therefore they kept yelling in the mics for me to run to which i respond with " i cant fucking run" giving them the excuse that " i gave an attitude" after i complyied with every single demand they've made. There was no point for me to not follow what they were saying since i do value my character's life. Cause of them yelling and me trying to explain that i cant run i didnt hear that he was " counting down to drop my attitude", so when i was finishing my sentece i get killed from the guy in front of me.

7. " Along with his previous big dicking, and insulting my characters ethnicity I decided to shoot him for failing to comply to clear and fair demands given to him on four separate occasions." = the "previous big dicking and insulting my characters ethnicity" wasn't even happening when i was a hostage. it happened all the way to the fist fight. as i was under your capture i didnt make an attitude, i followed the orders both of you were giving me, COMPLYING. i even apologised as you mentioned,i was fearing for my life so i did apologise. i told them both that i am sorry that this has happened. You decided to shoot me only because i said that "i cant fucking run, what you want me to do." Your demands weren't clear since you both yelled, i didnt hear the countdown and you gave me no time to say something else, and i was explaining why i could not meet your demand but you kept going anyway with it. This thing happened in a span time of 10-20 seconds.

Just to clarify, you killed him solely for failing to follow the demands of "Stop yelling, shut up and cut the attitude"? Obviously paraphrased. Did you kill him for failing to sprint when asked?

@Para He was able to sprint, even if you are "Ruined or blinking red" you can sprint, It was an amalgamation of both. Since he failed to comply to both demands.

Had this report gone through to its conclusion, @NorwayRP would have been found guilty of ruleplay for prioritizing killrights over roleplay. While there is no video evidence to properly gauge the attitude being given by the OP, based on the POVs of both @NorwayRP and @OxeN we do not feel that @alexro met the criteria of a sassy hostage that should have been executed given the situations.
