Detailed description of the events: 

From the get-go I'll state, @TurkRP, and I believe @Challenger and @GMAK (I'll point them out in the video) is not the focus on this report as they did seem to try and put in an effort for some RP at least.

Around 2:33 hours into the VOD is when it starts. While there has been some questionable things before that they're not as important as the rest.


As it involves quite a few people I'll take them one by one:

@OxeN - BadRP / Baiting

Oxen was walking around on his CLF character, having a videocamera whilst appearently streaming to Facebook. While there's nothing inherently wrong with that as society is still somewhat of a thing in the new lore, the actions of which he did is questionable.

1: @OxeN was several times seen pushing the limits, trying to get a reaction out from us several times. From the get-go when people enter the camp we've told them that behind the wall where the main office building is, is off limits. Which he is even told by @TurkRP before he makes his way inside. And as @Duplessis re-iterates for him multiple times, @OxeN continues trying to push the limit. He is allowed to get some food from the tent to then leave- whereas he is then found within the office building where @Duplessis once again, tells him that he needs to take his leave. After asking @Duplessis if he can 'stream it', then proceeds to ask him questions while he is being escorted out. At 02:57:18 he also says "444 members of the Chernarus Liberation Front is currently watching" and as lore has decided, we're at war with the CLF as of current. And as expected @Trijim of course reacts to it, as we're now forced into doing something about it. @OxeN manages to run off 

2: @OxeN's char claims that he is from Russia, and then does the classic "I'm going to speak in another language that you can't understand even though your character is from there." where he then starts slinging out random/sentences of Russian to @Trijim, and as @Trijim is of course American and not Russian there's no way for him to understand nor give a proper respond to Oxen. It's the classic "You can't even RP your characters nationality." - This starts at around 02:54 hours into the stream. The random Russian sentences is at 02:55, @Trijim does his best but can't really do much.

3: This I have no VOD for, but originally I thought this was @Sassy who were doing this, but have later been told that it was @OxeN.
There was a point later on where a zombie came into the camp and was promptly beaten up by someone, meanwhile I saw a guy with a camera rolling on the floor next to the wall, all the while repeating "Up the RA" ten to twenty times.

@Sassy - BadRP

1: At 02:50 @Sassy walks up to @OxeN and @TurkRP, and as far as I can hear he says ".... We're gonna go in and get some content" proceeded by something else that I've tried to hear over and over without any luck. Despite knowing it is a restricted area. He quickly retracts while @OxeN stays inside.

2: At 02:46:40 Sassy is attacked by a zombie, where he continiously says "Up the RA." and while there's inherently nothing wrong with saying that in-game. Repeating it ten times whilst beating up a zombie in 2020 where the IRA hasn't been a thing for many years in the lore and (correct me if I'm wrong) is more of a political movement nowadays. We're in Chernarus Russia and there's next to no reason for any IRA affiliated people to be there.

All of them: Finally the initiation dropped, from I believe @TurkRP @OxeN @Sassy and some others I don't know the voices of. @Trijim manages to kill one before we all promptly crashed, where I then hurry up and get @TurkRP into HD to tell him that we all just crashed and the queue wasn't too long so if they could wait a moment for us to get back then we could continue and there'd be no issues. Turk says he'll tell them and leaves again. Whilst I lived, (Harveys POV) as soon as @Harvey spawned in, he had 2 people with raised guns looking at him, only to then immediatly blast him down. @Ducky and his RF had arrived as I had called them a good 40 or so minutes prior, and they take control of the situation. The kill on me from @TurkRP is valid and nothing wrong in that. After the situation is over @Harvey tells me OOC of what happened. Turk is coincidentally in HD for another reason and I hop in there to quickly ask him if he went back and told them. To where he says he did. This is clear AOGM, they were informed that all of us had crashed and didn't need long to get back in-game. But still took the opportunity to shoot @Harvey down as soon as he logged in.

As a last note - Loremasters have given us such a fantastic and fleshed out lore this time, with a lot of effort having been put into revitalising DayZRP, so it sucks seeing this type of RP that was reminiscent of the soup kitchen (the place, not the group) back when it was around.
And sure, we could try and enforce it better, we could initiate on any living soul that does this kind of thing, but as we wish to help with the lore and provide RP, it is not what we wish to do.

My Pov

On that day, I was around patrolling and decided to stand guard at our administration building. Prior to this, there was an unfamiliar voice asking "Am I allowed in here?" or something along the lines. During the time he was inside and was told by the guards to leave he talks about how he wants to stream it on facebook live. He decides he wants to cooperate and leaves the building. After doing so, he confronts me and asks for my name in which i give my rank (totally butchered it) and full character name. He then said he was streaming this on "facebook live" to 444 CLF Members, which are the people we are supposed to apprehend since there is a war between RAC and CLF. I react quickly and told him along the lines, "Im going to need to confiscate that camera" (I believe it was along those lines). He decides to run away and I try to run after, In which I give up soon later since it was clear he had more stamina then I did and had the headstart. He then comes back later and proceeds to talk to me in russian. Im not Russian OOC and do not know the language very well, as I only know certain words. He kept doing this and I just replied with either "Da" (Yes) or "Da?". Some time had passed and all I hear is people shouting, telling us to put our hands up. I looked around my field of view and didnt see anyone, so naturally they didn't see me. I hid at the L-Shaped building in the courtyard and waited until one of the came in, In which one did. I immediately kill him and heard shots from inside the compound. I ran into the building and tried to kill Turk and ultimately fail. The kill on me and duke were totally valid (GG btw)

This pretty much sums up my pov. Other than that I have no video evidence.

Myself and my colleague in the Derry Security Consultants were inside the camp. We were talking with the guards about their major security flaws (Turns out, we Irishmen were right). We had taken a break from giving premium free of charge consultancy / raising concerns of the common man and decided to have a drink and some food. The camp is then attacked by Nationalists (?) and I comply. While I was complying the members of the Nationalists (?) told us complying civilians to move over to the fire which we did. Unfortunately while making my way over with my hands above the head, I take an SVD shot to the shoulder and nearly died.

I’d like to reiterate that I was fully compliant with my hands above my head and I was SHOT by the RAC when there were no rights to shoot me. I posed zero threat.

Cali POV:

We get word that RAC are in trouble, as a show of good faith we load up and come intervene. We show up, only 1 RAC is alive and a lot of civilians are hostage. Said RAC gets gunned down by Turk and Turk then runs up to the top floor of a building. We initiate and get the building locked down ontop of the civilians around. We take control of the situation and get ready to push Turk upstairs.

 

We decide to push up, turns out he crashed. We pull out of the room he was in and then he starts talking about 'back up, back up' because he crashed, we all wait, Turk decides to shoot Mexi through the door so I push and kill him.

 

We arrived late, there was only one RAC still alive when the Russian boys showed up. We see who I think Trijim is get shot by Turk, we push and kill turk after initiating. Didn't see anything in regards to this report, showed up late.

I didn't even know this report existed until literally just a minute or two ago. I deleted my VOD when I woke up because I was way too hammered towards the end of the stream lol. My bad, is there a way to get it back? Also, I know it looks incredibly bad given the timing of when this report went up to when the VOD was deleted but I have no reason to stick my neck out for anyone here and risk getting banned.

Edit: I guess there is no way to get back the VOD. I will deal with whatever punishment you feel is necessary.

We arrive after a distress call from RAC, dismount from a distance and arrive to find a few dead bodies. we find the remaining RAC member and take control of the situation through locking down the compound and talking to hostages. One of said hostages is confirmed to be someone that was with those who were creating issues at the compound. RAC guy who took the individual gets shot and the guy runs up the stairs, after a short spat with said individual where I'm left on basically a few drops of blood left Cali pushes and finishes off the situation to save me. 

We arrived later past the reported situation, so we don't know have any knowledge on the prior situation

Yet another far from the truth statement. A teammate of mine at the time called out a man running around, when we approached he said 'Are you going to shoot me' to which I obliged and shot the man down. He was most definitely connected and playing rather than spawning in T posing and tapped. I see the connection logs of @harvey are missing, I would like to see those compared to the time I killed him please.

An initiation gets dropped on the compound and a couple seconds later I crash, as i load back in im tryna make my way to Vybor town slowly while still having a look to the compound. Couple Ruski's initiate on me and tell me to follow them back to the compound. RAC members identifies me as one of the ''troublemakers'' and i get moved in the Piano house together with this said RAC member. Non comply drop 2 dudes, fall back to the back room of the second floor in the piano house. Roleplaying a bit with the russians, some negotiations happen till i crash. Load back in again and i see 4 russians behind the door. Try my best to have them back off, not succesfull as shots keep coming my way, return fire and die.

My favourite part about this far from the truth report is that the apparent video evidence has been taken down, rather quickly too. All you are doing here is exaggerating everything that happened without any proof. Allow me now to respond:

I did not do this as a joke or a meme. I have done this since I roleplayed all sorts of Russian characters, it adds to my own immersion and others, it may not be genuine Russian but it gives the illusion it is, usually I type in text chat what I will say and then I speak in voice in foreign tone to give the effect, however this time I did not. So again, the rulebreak here is?

By the time this all started, we still had 7/8+ members on, acting out our duties in the camp and taking in civilians as we had planned for the first few days after the wipe. Once things started to die down, I ended up having to deal with 2 Irish fellas who were generally being really difficult for no reason, nothing specifically trolly about their characters but by this point no one was taking the fact that the infection was new into mind anyway. Next thing I see is a russian man (Oxen) harassing one of our soldiers with a video camera whilst trying to sneak into our restricted area, he claims to be live on facebook broadcasting to around 400 CLF members, a few others whom I dont have the names of begin to harass us about it  (Irish included but I still dont know if they were involved with them). Around this same time most of our guys log off, leaving just myself, Duke and Trijim inside the compound, I end up speaking to another civilian and we exchange some great RP and I am told that meanwhile these same guys are on the road rolling around shouting some kind of CLF chant or Irish chant (Im not too sure gonna have to ask the other guys about that.)

This whole time we have armed guys in the camp, but due to our numbers we decided not to ask them to unload their weapons like we usually would ask because anyone could tell they were looking for an excuse. And low and behold not even 5 mins later we get initiated on, I comply due to being in direct line of sight of one of them but Duke and Trijim dont, we end up killing 2 of them and shortly after the Russians arrive, I run up to road with them to detain a man who I knew damn well was involved, as I do so I crash, and when I get back in there are 2 men walking up to me with hands up, I know exactly what is gonna happen at this point and I say "dont shoot me in the back" or something and once they are at a comfortable distance they kill me, one of these men I didn't see around or near the compound at any point.

I see @Duke seems to be telling less than the truth by claiming that I shot Harvey as soon as he logged in. Yet here we are with Harvey confirming what I had stated when he was in game and spoke to me before I killed him in order to make this report seem more clean cut.

I am disappointed.

Both of you have been here more then long enough to know how to write a proper POV. Neither one of you have.

A point of view is your own retelling of the events, not nitpicking and trying to pick apart someone elses. Regardless of the fact the video evidence was conveniently deleted once the report was posted, relevant portions were reviewed by members of the staff team, including myself, and witnessed by staff members in game. Be factual, be detailed, and cover the events that Duke is reporting for, in your own words and stop the petty quote and dissect report tactics.

That is not how a POV works. Start at the beginning of the events, finish at the end or where you died, and give your retelling of what happened.

Give me an extraordinarily good reason why Sassy Sullivan, the character, decided shouting an OOC meme that gets people pointed for abusive behavior on the forums was a good idea. The community's stance on the IRA has been made clear abundantly, and regardless of your personal OOC feelings on it, you should know by now how it is seen here.

Because it looks like trolling with a thin effort to justify it. Any justification is not sufficient justification for shouting OOC memes in game, much the same as people in prior lore shouting about coronavirus got people banned.

My character Sassy Sullivan is Catholic and was brought up in Glasgow a place where the whole Catholic and Protestant drama is still a thing to this day. If i knew the whole IRA thing was a apparent OOC meme why would i shout it in game when i am on final? Shouting up the RA when my character is a catholic raised  in Glasgow where as stated the IRA and Catholic and Protestants hate each other to this day. What i don't get is people can call someone the N word and joke about mass shootings in America to Americans all in RP but if you say "Up the RA" 3 times it is frowned upon. And earlier that day in fact i had asked some staff members about it including the opinion of a admin and they said they had no problem with it? I will happily rewrite my POV but if the staff team has told me that they don't see a problem with it again including a admin the highest staff rank before owner. I don't see how i would know not to do that in game if the staff have told me its alright? Also i looked into this and when the whole "IRA drama" Happened i was back playing arma again  I will also rewrite my pov and post it below.

As we discussed in DMs over discord, include the name of the staff member that told you this so they can address it, and also include your actual POV of the events in the report.

New POV: We roll up to the RAC base where we sit there for a while and scout the place out and roleplay. Oxen is doing his Facebook live RP so i say to him about the tisy building for content for his stream thats in Roleplay. A zombie comes in and i stab it while shouting up the ra 3 times at the most not the 20 times like the OP has said. As my justification for this is posted above. After that Oxen gets chased out by the RAC boys. After that we decide to initiate on the compound for Oxen being chased out and for them pressuring one of our boys for a weapon licence earlier that day at tisy. We all drop the initiation. Most of them comply Oxen dies. Turk is then taken hostage and kills two. By this time the Russians had rolled up and i moved my way up to just north of the checkpoint next to the little one story up the road from the checkpoint. Someone i am with calls out someone running around the little one story. We run up to him and he says something along the lines. "Please don't shoot me in the back" Of course i say we won't and when he starts to run off i kill him then my game crashes. I get back into the server and run away onto the airfield.

So in order to clear the air about the IRA thing. I only yelled it 3 times during one fight with a zombie. That is it i didn't bring it up or mention it at any other point during roleplay at the compound at all. I am aware that saying it randomly can be counted as trolling how ever this was not trolling as it was said a max of 3 times and for the bellow points:

1. From Glasgow and is catholic.

2. Met the local Irish in game and roleplayed with them and we shared our views towards the situation in Ireland

3. Has a history of fighting anti IRA/Catholic in Scotland at football games

I saw this fight with a zombie no different than a normal fight at a football game.

 

I am aware that the zombies aren't actually zombies they are just infected people. My character just sees them as a normal person that's went crazy as stated above.

POV: run into vybor base for the first time, roleplay accordingly, i had a video camera so i said that i was live on facebook, which there's nothing wrong with. i asked what was in the prison building to a few civilians in camp, they said it had free loot, sassy then said it would be content if i ran in. so i entered seeing how it was my first time there. 

a guard entered shortly after and told me to leave, i rped it out as you should. i left the prison building, i then roleplayed with one guard, talking a bit of russian to him, when i noticed he didn't speak i left him alone. 

the a civilian started saying to the guards that they have terrible security and that anyone here could just walk straight in, anyone could be a nationalist spy. so when i heard that i said as a joke that i'm recording live to the clf right now. the guards then responded and said that they will have to confiscate the camera, i then ran away since i wanted too keep my camera. 

i then came back and initiated on the camp with the rest, i died first.

I was present at the RAC compound south of Vybor for some of the RP that went down. I was present when a few Irishmen were discussing security flaws with an RAC trooper at the check-in desk. There was another man with a camcorder who stated he was live streaming to Facebook for a number of CLF members. He then went into one of the buildings and was followed and promptly asked to leave as it was off limits to non-military personnel. Some banter went on back and forth none of which I was paying too close attention too. I do remember an infected making its way into camp and a man saying "Up the RA" a few times (exact number I do not recall) while the infected was dealt with. I left shortly thereafter.

This is my recollection of events that transpired while I was there.

You did indeed pose zero threat. You were at the entrance walking with your hands up together with @Harvey behind you I believe. @OxeN popped his head out from behind the sandbags and I took a shot, but as I got a fairly shakey hand I accidentally hit you both from my point of view. I of course had no intention of hitting either of you.

I didn't include it as it didn't really pertain to the report or anything that were reported. All it essentially shows is me aiming for @OxeN, miss terribly and end up hitting @Harvey and @Cuchulainn instead. And @Trijim apologising for breaking accent.

Oleg Maxim POV: I am roleplaying at the RAC checkpoint and getting some good RP. The only thing I witnessed that is being reported is @Sassy hitting the killing the zombie while saying up the ra, from what I remember he only said it 2-3 times and I didn't think of it as excessive when I heard it. I was getting my license from one of the RAC soldiers when @OxeN was inside the compound so I don't have any information on what happened over there. 

I am talking with people beside the campfire when the initiation is dropped and I immediately put my hands up and stay there for the remainder of the fight until the Russians arrive.

I feel as if Duke is embellishing the truth quite a lot in this report to paint us in a bad light, claims he made in the original post have been refuted by other POV's and some of what he stated are outright lies.

Duke claims he was only paraphrasing Harvey but claims that we shot Harvey as soon as he logged back in, this is completely different than what actually happened and what has been backed up by other POV's which is he logged back in, we roleplayed with him and then after a period of time had past we shot and killed him using rights we had on him. What has been claimed by Duke and what happened are two completely different situations and not paraphrasing at all, it's a complete lie. 

Duke also claims that I was heard beating a Zombie and screaming Up the RA 10+ times, this is another exaggeration and again is backed up by POV's of the people in the camp, I attacked the Zombie and said it 3 times, my reasons for saying it are explained above so I won't mention them here but I'd like to note that Duke once again embellishes the truth to quite and extent and in my opinion it is lying. The difference between the two and what he had stated is night and day, one would receive a ban and another would not.

The report was posted shortly after the event occurred yet Duke seems to get multiple details incorrect and exaggerates quite a bit, I'd like if staff could look into the claims as he seems to be trying to twist the truth in order to paint us in a bad light.

In the video posted by Duke he can be heard talking on discord without transmitting what is being said in game, I feel like this is clear as day metagaming as he informs his ally that he shot him by mistake which I believe is useful information in relation to the firefight and should of been broadcasted in game. Others are heard talking OOC on discord but I believe that what they are saying is not important to what is happening in game and I have no issues with it.
