Game question. General plan for a game?

So i spawned first time. Ran around for about 3 hours, got lots of loot, weapons, ghillie suit, etc. Never seen any players. I played on Chernaus 2 server. What should i do when i got lots of loot and all set up? Where should i go? Is three a common place to hang out or some safe zone for players? 

Also i had so much weapons and ammo, i thought i could trade it or just share somehow. Should i just drop the ammo and weapons that i dont need?

Seriously, get in while there's less people so you get a chance of finding a bit of loot, and when you'll log back later there will be plenty of people to run into. 10/10 would advice again.

s2 doesnt have that mutch players, s1 would be better for finding RP. Later on if the servers will fillup like yesterday you might have better luck on finding people.

But for now you would be better on s1

If i get gear on s2, and then log in to s1, will i have all the gear? I mean is the character shared between servers?

Hives are separate, so no.

no sir. go to S1 its overall a great experience, once you have everything you need or like, maybe try to set up a base, search for construction materials, find a nice spot to set up your base, and start building it. there, you can save your stuff in case anything bad happens to you.

As mentioned above; S1 is where all the people are at, so try that.

You can easily see the current player count on each server on the DayZRP frontpage.
