Your in-game name does not match any characters

Both are identical on the website and in-game. My character is active on the site. not sure why I keep getting this error.

Hi HerpisDerpis,

 

Can you ensure that your characters location is set to the map you wish to play on? E.G Chernarus, and its set to Chernarus.

yes, it is set to both Public and Chernarus.

@HerpisDerpis You're trying to join with Tony Vera correct? 

If so you need to go to your dayz launcher and make sure that you've put your character name in the parameters section under profile name.

It'll look something like this:

Ok, So the problem seems to have been that the surname wasn't capitalised in the profile.  Thank you all for your help.
