In game character doesn't match my created character

Hi, I'm new to the server. I created a character profile that is male. I had a lot of trouble getting the game to log in, kept giving me an "ai.pbo" error. I finally got that fixed and logged on but my character in the game is female. 

I tried going in to the character creation and changing the character look but when I log back in I still get the female character. 

How can I fix this?

Hello,

The only way to change your character model now would be to die and then use the character creator.

Kill yourself log out change model log back in.
