Why the verdict is not fair: The verdict was completely fair

Additional statements/comments explaining your point of view:  I was running through NWAF on my way out and heard @Whitename I ran out and tried to hold them up to have a nice interaction. Sadly my microphone settings weren't correct on my computer and on the microphone itself. I tried to change the settings on my microphone but only made it worse. I decided to just leave and get out of there to avoid any more embarrassment and hopefully fix my microphone and go to sleep. I completely forgot about the 30 minute timer and I will be re-familiarizing myself with the rules before playing again. 

I was also unable to respond to the report thread as I had to go to stay in my still open student accommodation for the weekend for work and didn't have access to my computer.

What would you like to achieve with this appeal:  I would like the temporary ban reduced or removed please.

What could you have done better?:  I should have made sure my microphone was working correctly and not combat logged which I only did because forgot some of the rules of the server as I hadn't played in a long time which was very stupid of me. I will be immediately familiarizing myself with them before next time I am playing and ensuring I am all caught up. I deeply apologize for my carelessness.

The Staff team has reviewed the evidence and the POV that you have provided and you will be found Guilty of Combat Logging which carries a punishment of a 3 day ban, 10 warning points + a character reset.

Regardless of the how the situation went down you initiated on @Whitename, you then proceed to log out before your CL timer was up. In the future make sure your microphone is working properly before engaging in a hostile interaction. Because of this you both lost out on Roleplay. Even if your microphone wasn't working properly, you are always required to wait out your CL timer. Forgetting about the CL timer is not a reasonable excuse and like you stated yourself, you need to familiarize yourself with the rules regarding hostile roleplay if you wish to partake in this type of RP in the future. 

With that being said you are found guilty of the following:
