Detailed description of the events: 

Chilling with some friends (NONE of whom were in game at the time) trying to find some RP. Ran into @Narc Square who immediately raised his gun and initiated. Switched on my screenshare and I complied while also trying very hard to hear his mic because he was under a mask. Tried explaining it to him OOC but he just made it worse and I decided to just deal with it. The summary of the dialogue is "You can't be too careful up north eh? I'm leaving now, turn away from me and wait". I initially decide to let it go and leave, then I want to go kill him, then I want to hold him up to try and get some actual RP out of whatever the hell just happened. I follow him out of the airfield where I lose sight of him, and I look at his profile and he logged out immediately afterwards. I waited my own timer out and got off.

I tried pinging him in Discord to try and get him back in game before the timer ran out but got no reply.
