Detailed description of the events: Hello roleplayers, I just received some unsatisfactory roleplay and I felt the only option was to report. Me and my fellow comrades were patrolling the map, we went all along the coast and up north checking military zones. On our way to Tisy we see @Aron73 on the side of the road we interrogate him and question him if he has any illegal weapons, he says no so we pat him down for some. We emote *pats down for weapons or grenades* and he responds that he only has large magazines, @Aron73 has been found with illegal weapons every other time we have searched him so we restrain him and search him for weapons and find an M4 in his bag. I believe this is clear as day powergaming.

We take shots from his friends while interrogating him in an open field and @Roman is killed, RIP for a real one. We give chase to them and they are killed. I return to RP with the hostage, we take him to a barn and restrain him, he is talking major shit and acting big while restrained but it is all good fun and some nice rolep. He and @Jackfish fight after @Aron73 said he would kick his ass, Jackfish proceeds to knock him out. He talks more shit after waking up and is shot in the leg, after this he talks even more shit and while on flashing red health and on the verge of death he breaks out of his restraints and begins to punch a hostage taker before being punched once or twice and dies immediately. I believe this is clear as day NVFL.

It is true, I was killed by someone who I heard was watching a live stream from Aron and then logged in and killed me.

I would like to know if staff could look into that as well.

So we were just driving around when we suddenly see zombies on the road. Some of the lads hopped out and were looking around town. One of the lads found @Aron73 and started talking to him. Eventually I run up and I asked him if he had any automatic rifles on him, he said no. I asked if I was allowed to pat him down which he replied to with "yes". I didnt have any rope so I began to pat him down. One of my men ran up to me and handed me a rope. After patting him down (//pats him down for weapons and granades, what doe I find?) he said //only ammo and a magazine. I tied him up to continue the hostile RP but when I checked his inventory I saw that he had a gun in his backpack, even though he just told me OOC he only had ammo and a magazine. Suddenly we get shot and and @Roman got destroyed by some random guy. We ran up to him and killed him and his friend.

I walk back to @Aron73 and continue my RP. I brought him inside of a barn where he begins to shittalk me. He says something along the lines of "Untie me and see how strong I am". I untie him so we could have a fistfight. I knock him out stright away and I tie him up again. Then @Challenger walked in and started to RP with him. @Aron73 begins to free himself and starts to fight @Challenger even though he was low health. Challenger hits him twice and kills him.

Me and the boys are rocking about in our 18 wheeler. We bump into Aron, we frisk the lad, he says that he only has mags in his bag. We've search his bag, find an M4 question him after he says "I only have mags", then one of the lads gets popped. We all go sprinting after this guy that shot our boy. We question Aron, he tries to fight our leader and claim he's better than rambo, in usual fashion the boy gets dropped. I show up, he says to me "You think you're a badass", I shoot him in the leg, he continues with the badassery and he breaks from his cuffs to fight, I slap him and kill him.

In sinistok we're talkin to Mr Aron73 and I'm just overwatching the situation and boom outta know where Roman is deaded. I see the man and exchanged gunshots with him but paddy kills him. I notice a bush wookie and follow him and we exchange gunshots aswell but I manage to kill him. I'm continuing to search the area where the situation is ended when Aron dies and we drive off in to a tree and all die.

I was in sinistok and seen Aron73 in the field next to me i talk to him for a bit until Jack comes up and talks to him we search him for illegal guns he says he doesn't have any or something along those lines. We tie him up to search him properly upon finding a rifle roman gets his head taken off. I run at 90 towards to the people shooting at us we kill all of them. I then run over to the barn where we have aron 73 to see a scrap between Jack and Aron 73. Aron gets knocked out and after standing back up he says "You think you're a badass"  Paddy shoots him in the legs and he then breaks out of his cuffs and tries to fight Paddy where he got punched once or twice and dropped. I then put a couple bullets in his head while he was dead. Will explain why i am coming up in the hit logs.

Rolling with the boys, doing our daily stuff patrolling for dirty rulebreakers.

 

On our way to tisy, we see Mr Aron73, Sassy walks up some talks happen which im not a part of. Me being a good Elite Spetsnaz Private Second Class of the Russian Federal Army start to clear the area. Upon hearing on the radio the man we are speaking to has been find breaking our rules, i ask for his name. Peter Jansson is answered, i rush my Russian ass over there as i've seen Mr. Peter earlier today and he got his second warning hours prior. Told this to our acting Major and suggested we send the man to The Gulag. Some roleplay happens afterwards as i go back to doing my areacontrol (alttabbed on youtube), hear on the radio Roman got sniped and his head taken off(o7).

 

Firefight starts, the bois drop the lads sniping us. Some roleplay happens in the barn which im not part of again as im still clearing the area.

 

After Aron73 dies, we take the truck and start heading towards the next military facility to check for rulebreakers as a horrible carcrash happens, I see all my comrade's die in front of me, over time i die of bloodloss too.

First of all Great RP most people really don't put up with Peters BS when he puts that side to it which often does not happen thought this is prob the first time I get reported for it and now to this report.

So what Major @Jackfish doing here shown in the video is patting me down, I hope everyone here knows what a pat-down is.

He never opened my backpack so after seeing his mistake and possibly some of his Comrades did too they call for ducktape before I barely had time to finish my OOC info.

Now it also came to my knowledge that at least one member of S-GRU was watching my stream yesterday and based on their actions here I believe he told them I did have an automatic in my backpack (Meta) because As you can see in the video I put the gun in my backpack just before this incident.

Now granted I was a bit angry at this point because I one suspects one of my 5-month sub and a great contributor to my stream for meta, matter fact we had this discussion on Discord when I did meet my new friends, the possibility of stream sniping and well I might have let my temper gone a bit high but when you meet someone or a group 3 times during one stream and all three times you got automatics or something that looks like it then you starts to suspect foul play. Now I don't wanna call out the name of this sub but I will ask the staff for logs to see if I'm correct though I would be surprised if anything shows up.

So as you can see not before he restrained me and removed my backpack did he find my gun.

Now to the NVFL I honestly did not notice my health was so low matter fact I wanted to go to Gulag just to experience the RP there and I hope I will get to do so before the lore wipe.

Hello, Roleplayer Roman here.

My memory is a bit fuzzy since yesterday it was a holiday in Sweden celebrating Jesus Christs ascend to heaven after he had been chilling on that cross for a bit, so naturally I was drinking a few beers and was having a good time. What I remember is that we were driving around the map for a few hours and me mostly being afk talking to friends on discord and checking back to the game every now and then. Last time I checked in we had stopped in a town somewhere and were scouting out the area, so I killed a few infected and refilled my water bottle. Then I walk through town and see that we are talking to someone on a field so me seeing the opportunity for some roleplay make my way there, when I arrive I realize that the lads are talking to the famous streamer Aron73. So I scout the tree lines with my sniper rifle to make sure that he didn't have any friends around, after I scanned every pixels in the tree lines with my eagle eye vision I was confident that there's no one else there so I decide to engage in the roleplay. He tells a story of how he saved us at the airfield from infected and I called him "Rambo", I was foolish to compare Aron to such a weak character since Aron thought that Rambo was a pussy compared to him. Then all the sudden I felt my brains being scattered out on the field and everything went black.

I obviously PK'd my character because I'm a real roleplayer and strive for realism, being probably the best roleplayer in this community I feel I have an responsibility to show the righteous path for others.

MORE DETAILED POV: I had logged off to use the restroom and came back with @Aron73 deafen in our radio (discord) and him at gunpoint in the field. Aron and I had been roleplaying for 2 hours up to this point in time. Aron unmuted his microphone in discord and told me to help him. I assumed this meant he still had his radio. I shot the person to defend aron. Afterwards OOC i was informed aron wasnt supposed to have a radio.

 

(when you temp banned me i was in the horde event at green mountain and died from where i was logged out at and lost our teams car wheel) so I hope this was worth it.

Hello @Aron73 quick question. In the full video of this situation, at the timestamp 06:59:28 we can hear you say "I could use your help now". At this time were you speaking in Discord to your allies, requesting their help? Please explain.

Also @ShockedShots you have yet to answer the question asked above by Para. Please answer the question provided as it's been 24hrs since he asked and you have yet to respond.

No reason to deny it, Yes I did. They were going to take a 20-minute break and literally as they left I started to hear gunshots close to me (Not directed at me). I called out to the only person still on Discord that I was going to investigate this and he said "Ok call me if you need help" or something similar, at this point I thought he was still in-game hiding like me.
When things started to heat up I realize all my friends were offline and I did say "I could use your help now" thinking they would not log on and start shooting that itself is a rule break, I guess I was wrong.

If you were scoping in on the situation, why did you then choose to open fire on a large group of people? The video shows you can see a minimum of 5 people in your view, and as you are heard on stream, you know there's multiple people walking around the situation. You comment this yourself.

Sorry I have stuff to do other than dayz. I shot at the group because I also had another friend from our group on as well. + I had a ghillie suit (thinking I could hide from them). Y’all are looking for something out of nothing. @Aron73 was meta and telling us to help him. How am I supposed to know if he’s allowed to talk or not? I feel like I need to further defend my self here.

So after I did review the video I need to say this

I kind of wish I did use a different voice when talking in char but as you all know I'm really bad at doing so.

Now at the time, I did not know my friends that I had ran with for about 1-2h was so new to the game and did not fully understand the rules.

As you all can hear there are certain key phrases I do say that to me are clearly IC 

Me: "I'm investigating some gunshots right now"

The person answering I'm not sure who it is so let's call him P1.

P1: "If something goes south, yell on the radio"

Me: "Yea"

Me: "Russians..."(Low tone on the radio indicating someone is close)

All that is IC on the radio in my word leaving me to believe he was still online and I did expect him to defend me if "Things went south"

After this point as the truck rolled up, I gave up all hope because it was way too many for us 2 to handle.

We were 4 but since all but me and what I believed one more was online I did not expect them to log in to defend me, later on, I heard they did.

Now right after the Major fires my gun I mute and deafen Discord completely because and yes I should have done that earlier but indicating I did not have my radio anymore or at least indicating my radio could not be used so after this point everything I say on the radio is OOC.

So after the first fistfight that's the only time I speak

Also, I'm really sure that when I did mumble "I could really use your help now" I was still muted now I can not prove this because no one can see discord and I hate to throw people under the bus like this. But look at what @ShockedShots  says in the post a bow "Aron unmuted his microphone in discord and told me to help him"

You all heard how noisy our Discord channel was at the time I muted and defend and yet when I said those words you did not hear anything, completely silent.

next time I unmute to tell them I knocked the major on his ass you immediately heard them again so loudly I had to mute them again to hear what was said in-game.

Now to everyone that has been in a gunfight or planing for a fight is Discord quiet at that time? I have never been on discord that's quiet before a gunfight.

So I'm 99% sure they never heard me say those words.

Also, you can prob ask anyone of my friends or people talking to me on Discord I always forget to unmute discord when I'm talking to them and stream chat.

@Jackfish made it clear with his attentions concerning my future after the gun fight so why should I not make the most out of it even if my death was not intentional, yes I did not notice my health was so low att. But even if I did @Jackfishhad already stated that i was going to be executed and did not listen to my char at all.

Verdict:

@Aron73 - [Powergaming, Metagaming & NVFL] - Guilty.

Explanation:

To explain briefly, SGRU find @Aron73 in a field and proceed to question him about his arms. As civilians were banned from having automatic weaponry by SGRU, and Aron73 has previously been caught twice for breaking this IC rule, they frisk him. Upon finding magazines they tie him up and search him fully only to find an automatic weapon. After some interrogation and distaste expressed by the Russian Military, @Roman is killed by @ShockedShots shots who had logged back in. ShockedShots is then killed by SGRU before Aron73 is taken into a barn where some fist fights occur, Aron is shot before challenging another SGRU member to a fist fight wherein he is killed.

@Aron73 your actions in this situation were not great. When frisked for items you must disclose everything that you have. You cannot hide the fact you have an automatic weapon if they're frisking for weapons, this is the same for any item like, for example, being frisked for radios. Failing to disclose this in an attempt to deceive your enemies is classed as powergaming. You cannot make your weapons "not be found" when people are searching for them.

Furthermore, when you were bound up (therefore unable to use a radio) you asked for help twice. You had previously been told to ask for help if you needed it by one of your allies. Whilst bound up you cannot request aid from allies via any out-of-game source. Stream chats, Discord, Teamspeak or any other medium count towards this, as when you're bound up you are unable to use a radio. 

Lastly, your actions in the barn at the end of the VOD were a clear disregard for your life. You challenge them to a fight and get knocked down, injuring your character. You then proceed to continue talking back to your captors resulting in your leg being shot. At this point you've got bad injuries yet you decide to challenge your captors to another fist fight resulting in you dying. Your defence for this is "you were going to die anyway". People threaten death on individuals all the time, it is appropriate hostile roleplay at times. The fear that they may follow through with this threat does not give you the right to discard your life. You still need to try and maintain / value your life at all times. If you wish to permanently kill your character, inform your captors so that the roleplay can give him a memorable death.

Due to the explanation above, you will be found guilty of Powergaming, Metagaming and No Value for Life. The extent of these rulebreaks will see it aggravated to 5 days instead of the standard 3. We strongly recommend that you take this time to reflect on your behavior so that this does not happen again. As well as this, due to one of the rulebreak being No Value For Life, your character will also be permanently killed. This is a consequence of your IC actions.

@ShockedShots due to you failing to answer a simple question when asked to, you will remain temporarily banned. You will need to make a ban appeal, including your full and detailed POV as well as answers to any questions you've been asked in this report. Make it clear that you're answering questions. Until then you will be unable to play on our servers.
