Loot Cycle - Ban Appeal

Recommended Posts

Link to the source of punishment (report/post): AOGM - Loot Cycling (Not too sure as there isnt a post on it i dont think, i may be wrong)

Why the verdict is not fair: Im not trying to argue if it was fair or not, all im askin is for a slight lesser punishment so i can continue to play on the server. I wasnt aware of loot cylcing being an issue on the server i havent played in around 10 months or so, and i am aware it is 100% my fault that i should of checked the rules before doing it at nwaf. If not i understand as if you make an expect for me others in future will expect similar treatment. I guess im just hoping someone is in a good mood, either way cheers for reading through and have a gooden.

Additional statements/comments explaining your point of view: All explained above

What would you like to achieve with this appeal: Removal of the 3 day ban

What could you have done better?: Checked the rules before hoping on the server after such a long break.

Hello there Tyrone Grey,

Now that is out of the way - A separate team of staff members have reviewed your appeal and have decided to deny it.
The actions that led to your ban are actually listed as an example in the rules of Abuse Of Game Mechanics. You admitted your rule break in both the helpdesk and this appeal. It is extremely clear cut. You, as many before you and likely many after you were given the standard punishment for this rule infraction, 3 days ban and 10 warning points. Information regarding the standard punishments for different rule breaks can be found here.

Loot cycling has been against the rules for as long as the rules have been a thing. The excuse that you haven't played in 10 months does not excuse the fact that you still broke the rules. The rule you broke was still a rule 10 months ago.

We hope that you use this 3 day ban to brush up on any other rules you may have forgotten about so that you do not find yourself back here in the ban appeals section.

Appeal Denied. Punishment Remains.
