Why the verdict is not fair: I was spawned directly in the forest next to my death point, nearly inside the NLR zone. There were no other major areas to loot and I didn't even realize that I was in the same area until I came across my body. On top of this, characters were wiped yesterday, and this ban has been handed out extremely late and to a character instance that never even had the gear from this event. It's absolutely absurd that I'm being punished with a 3 day ban simply because the server spawned me right outside the area of my death, on a character life that has NO RELATION whatsoever. The one I've been using since the wipe has been entirely clean. Not a single piece of gear was gained from any source other than my own looting or my 2 companions.

Additional statements/comments explaining your point of view: I don't really care that I'm not supposed to appeal NLR, this is entirely unfair and I've had my character wiped for reasons outside my control. The spawn system of the server put me in the forest directly south of Zelenogorsk, if I remember correctly. I'm not experienced with the dayz map at all, and I don't recognize towns simply by landmarks yet. I had come in initially from a different direction, but on respawn I was situated on the south side by the rail yard. I didn't recognize the military area, as I hadn't been there long enough to take a good look aside from scouring the ground for useful things.

What would you like to achieve with this appeal: My 3 day ban lifted and, if possible, my most recent character and it's gear returned.

What could you have done better?: Nothing. DayZ spawned me extremely close to my death point, and I don't yet have the experience to recognize towns by sight alone, and I certainly can't recognize said town when I'm coming at it from a direction I've never observed it from.
