Detailed description of the events: After whiffing some shots at one of the enemy players I have to resort to full-auto to take him down. I get shot in the process. While I tend to my wounds I begin absolutely snacking on some popcorn as can be heard in the background. While applying saline my TEAMMATE @Duplessis guns me down knowing full well who I was. He then proceeds to teabag me, while saying "I'm shitting on your face", showing a clear disregard for RP. 

I am reporting him for being in violation of the following rules:

 3.2 Your character must behave realistically and appropriately to the different situations you participate in, keeping the current world situation and context of post-apocalyptic world in mind.

4.1 All initiations and hostile actions as well as their demands and conditions must be made clear and unambiguous to all involved players. Hostile actions or initiations must be done personally and on specific targets who must be aware who the attacker is, for example they cannot be done remotely through radio or PA system.

I never recieved an initiation and I was, in my opinion, killed on-sight. Not to mention the teabagging and the fact that @Duplessis was on my team leads me to believe this is BadRP.

 

Also, due to the severity of this report I hereby request that @Duplessis be temporarily banned from the game servers until a verdict is reached.

Hello staff team, this is Alexander Smidt's PoV: (Given permission by @Job to post)

I will try my best to describe everything that happened yesterday. It was very late for me and I was towed, so I do not remember everything that happened. I will also be in the process of uploading my own video of what happened here, so expect that in my edit.

12-5-2020

Alexander had just woken up from a long day of sleeping. When waking up he suddenly heard a message over the radio telling him that there were some people in the area of balota wanting to meet with Redwood Radio. Ofcourse as a representative of Redwood Radio Alexander decided he should make the visit and spread the word.

We had set a meeting point near the appartements near Cherno. After Alex arrived he saw a group containing @Whitename, @Jade, @Peril and @Duplessis. We had a nice talk and decided to go down towards the airfield. We already thought @Duplessiswas acting a bit strange, but that would not keep us from telling him to leave.

Some shots could be heard coming from the airfield, but that is just the usual GearRPers that just want to get the best of the best which resulted in them fighting. We wanted to checkout what was going down so we hid in some bushes near the airfield. After a while the group decided to go down towards the prison building located at the side of the airfield, whilst Alexander stays behind to be the lookout.

Shortly after trying to reach the prison building the GearRPers raiding the airfield spot the group and decided to start firing upon them. This is where Alexander had to move since he did not have a good sight on the enemy that is shooting. 

The group did have a sight on the enemies and decide to fire back at them. Alexei gets hit in the process and gets cover at the prison building. This is when Alex lost contact with the group. The prison building was somehow jamming our radio signal and that caused us to breakup.

 

In the video you can see that Alexei was hurt pretty badly and that there was no prior initiation. After Alexei was done bandaging he got shot once again, we suspect that was @Duplessis making the shot since he can be seen "teabagging" @Whitename shortly after he died. Since Alexei is not in an approved group and there was no initiation this was an Invalid kill (Roleplayed). Being in the dynamic group did not give @Duplessis the rights to finish off Alexei.

This was total badRP and NVFL since there was still an active shooting going on. He even tells: "I am shitting on your face". This to me is very immature behaviour, especially since he is part of the Support team that should pose as an example for the other people.

I wonder if it was always his intention to kill one of us since he was acting weird the entire time. He also seemed a bit nervous. My guess is that he was part of the guys that were shooting at us, but that would still be invalid since there were no initiations.

 

@Duplessis was using Redwood Radio's weakpoints in order to bait one of our members (in this case me) to get to Cherno to receive loot.

 

Edit: Sadly my video got corrupted after I found out that we were metagaming spilled some water over my drives. I had to delete the file aswell.

Duplessis POV:

We were going to Balota Airfield to hold down the prison building there. We had hoped to make it into a base because we recently found 80 AKM's and wanted to store them as they are RP items, which are necessary for our RP. Along the way, we get attacked by a bunch of Bad RPers who wanted to grief us by taking our AKM's and other fatty loot. After telling them specifically, "Don't touch my gear.", they carried on.

While we were fighting the Bad RPers, @Whitename said some mean stuff to me about my place of origin. I count this as an initiation. My character is very proud of his origins and was rightfully furious that his glorious homeland had been insulted by an English speaker. I see him bandaging and I shot him for his comments. I would like to add that he clearly had pants on which is BadRP because we identify ourselves as the Pantsless Bandits. 

My video evidence was also corrupted so I had to delete the file.

Peril POV:

First off I wanna comment on the situation @Whitename is reporting directly.  I was just in comms at the time, as you can see from the evidence video, but having to hear @Duplessis gun @Whitename down in cold blood and proceed to, "shitting on [his] face," not only ruined my immersion, but quite frankly upset me.  We're on Balota Airfield surrounded by at least 50 hostile roleplayers so we re-initiate to secure our rights, just in case.  We're all shooting back and forth, trying to protect each other (meaning @Jade, @Whitename, @Job, @Duplessis, and myself) when suddenly, @Duplessis decides to, in my opinion, vehemently break the rules not only of the community, but common decency.  He sees @Whitename, who is obviously his teammate, and instead of helping, decides to do his best Danny DeVito impression and just started blasting.

But this isn't a one time occurrence either.  On the contrary, @Duplessis has a history.  A history his team has long since turned a blind eye to, but no longer.  @Duplessis is a V++ menace, not to the enemy, but to his friends.  In fact, I'd hedge a bet that most of his kills were at the expense of his teammates.  For example, just prior to the Face Shitting™ incident, we can see this happen:

@Jade clearly sends out the signal of, "Let's gamer together now," and is immediately shot by @Duplessis.  Unfortunately, the rest of my video evidence was corrupted by my delete button so I can't provide any more, but I'm certain it captured at least 3 other teamkills from @Duplessis.  But, on top of this blatant betrayal, he laughs about it!  That's like, flame or something, right?

@Duplessis has even teamkilled me several times.  I was holed up in the prison building sending numerous rounds of legit roleplay downrange at the bandits, in honor of Famous Bandit Hunter John Smith, when suddenly @Duplessis gunned me down from behind and t-bagged me!  I don't have video evidence but I think we've built a clear history here.  Normally I wouldn't report or be mad, but in this case, I was topping the roleplay leaderboards!  I still did after I respawned, but my K/D was as ruined as my roleplay.

I'll be recusing myself from weighing in on or verdicting this report for obvious reasons, but I hope the rest of my Game Masters can see @Duplessis as guilty.

This is when Alex got shot by duplesis, altough the video doesnt show it he CLEARLY iniciated before all this happend. his mic probably didn't work.

Yes i was in dynamic with @Knight and @Duplessis . Then i saw initiation and i ran through the pond and act like didnt see anything. I was continue fishing , while guns were pew pew'ing.

As shown above he is clearly digging his own grave. If you review the footage I posted you can see it was me who had no pants on, whereas he had them on. This shows a clear disregard for the standard of roleplay here and he is taking the GM team for a fool.

as you could clearly see from all of those logs , i was fishing, i only instructed my dynamic to kill all of you.

Yea, I agree on closing the report. It seems that the staff is way too busy doing other stuff instead of getting good logs for this report. Seeing that @Whitename got his appropriate revenge I say let's close this. Ofcourse it is still up to staff if they want to do so.
