[Battle Royale] Livonia. (OOC Event)

Aiming to take place at 18:30 server time on Sunday the 17th May. 

All you know is that you're not where you used to be. You were drugged, knocked out or had a bag put over your head. Point is, somebody wants you for a purpose and it probably isn't a good one. It might have something to do with the fact you have a strange beeping collar around your neck. As you're standing around wondering why everybody is trapped inside a cage, an ominous voice comes over and begins to explain your current situation, silencing the rabble of the group:

"If I can have your attention please. You have all been selected for, shall we... say a test. Each of you have been fitted with a nice new accessory designed to make sure you play by our rules. If you want to get out alive, listen carefully to my next instructions."

1. Teams of 2. Outside of your registered pair, no teaming will be allowed.
2. Only 1 team can remain. Fight to the death.
3. As time goes on, the game area will shrink. If you fail to adhere to the shrinking zone... you may find some nasty surprises begin materialising behind you.
4. Bring nothing with you but your clothing. (Default Jeans / Hoodie, basic fresh spawn clothing.) Everything else will be "provided" to you.
5. This event is entirely OOC for fun. Nothing can be taken in character. As such, no in character rules apply here. We only expect basic community values to be respected regarding fair play etc.
6. No prior stashes / gear may be used. If you happen to find one, please refrain from using it as suddenly appearing with a full set of gear will likely see you disqualified.

 

Each zone will last 30 minutes, with Zone one starting the moment the gates fly open. If after 30 minutes into zone 4 there is no clear winner, we will begin adding incentives for people to begin fighting more.

Zone 1 will consist of the majority of the map, including everywhere up to Nadbor in the south. The Cornucopia will be a small bunker to the east of the starting location.

Zone 2 will see most of the eastern side of the map being cut off, with the north, south and west all being trimmed slightly. Areas like Nadbor and other cities will be out of bounds. The majority of the central area of the map is still in play.

Zone 3 will see a further move west, cutting off towns such as Brena, Radunin and other neighboring towns. As can be seen, play moves much more towards Topolin and the river's bend. Towns like Radacz, Olszanka and Adamow become central areas.

Zone 4 is the final region. This area will focus on Radacz and the surrounding forestry / river. Keep in mind once 30 minutes have passed here staff members will start to interfere. Exclusively holding a region may prove less favorable than trying to beat your opponents. If you get selected for a sudden bear encounter, don't complain .

Other information:

• Extra basic gear will be spawned in.
• The game will have a much greater emphasis on more civilian style weaponry, meaning bolt action rifles, shotguns and pistols / SMGs. The game may have naturally generated some automatics but do not count on having a plate carrier, m4 with 100 round mags etc. 
• There will be a central "loot pile" (cornucopia) with a large amount of weapons, ammo, medical supplies and food. 
• If you wish to store your gear beforehand or have a friend hold onto your gear feel free, but all players will be killed and teleported to ensure fair play and that no keistering occurs.
• Reminders will go out in game that an event is happening roughly 1 hour before the event begins. This will be to give any roleplayers a chance to finish up before having to leave for a couple hours.
• Rules and Zones are subject to change over the next few days.
