Detailed description of the events: After the attack made my Kingsridge on 07-08/05/2020 on the 08-09/05/2020 I took back the prison as to where two kingsridge members Husky and Korha spawned into the prison came up to the roof where i was, we had a short conversation where i explained I was a ranger and we were attacked the day before. One of them got onto the roof and a robotic voice down below yelled out Put your hands up or die as to where a gun was raised at me, I raised mine back and he shot me without saying anything. Sammy who was below was speaking to Jonson (Erik) therefore that initiation did not count for me. The recording software did not capture his voice, nor did I hear anything and even if he did say something he did not give me ample  time to react. Earlier in the conversation he asked me not to point my gun at him as to where i stopped, in the video it clearly shows me unaware if he is speaking. As he already had his gun up at me and i took 5/6 seconds to react. He then shot me, not giving me a chance to respond. There is no RP here, only PVP.

Word of Cyfear During the Kingsridge raid upon the rangers we apparently broke the rules because we did not initiate against every person outside, yet when we are already under fire and unaware of the 20 people out there, i find it unfair. The admin that i discussed this was in the attack and i can only assume was using admin tools to know exactly who did what We are finding meta abuse constantly.

Word of Erik. My team took back the prison yesterday, locked it up and secured it with 7 locks. this morning, those Screenshots were taken at 5pm  6pm UK time. the people raiding us are the same ones over and over and built watch towers to jump over the walls while we were offline. Team members logged in during the raid as they were already going through the cabinets and my team hid in a room and observed due to being outnumbered. Almost, every example we have, there is zero roleplay. its pure pvp.

3.9 Do not impersonate another individual or group in a way that would bring harm to them, their group or their reputation.  we have a video showing players wearing Kings ridge armbands. when asked if they are kings ridge, they said they are not. during the original role, i pointed it out again, and they disappeared around a corner to take it off.

Words of DayZRP and Cyfear

1 Behaviour and content

DayZRP is a community created by mature people, for mature players. We are adults who want to enjoy high level role play in a controlled setting without having to interact with immature individuals who could destroy our experience. Similarly, we do not want to participate in or host any kind of Internet drama or bullying. These rules apply everywhere, not just things you do, say or send through DayZRP services. That's there own words, the first paragraph in their own statement. if i had any faith in Dayzrp, i would raise it myself, you'll notice i'm not.

On 09/05/2020 Whilst in the prison after taking it back a 2nd time, 4 members of Kingsridge including Sammy, River and the two men in the screenshot were taking our guns (Rangers) out of the cabinets and barrels and dumping them on the ground as shown in screenshots. A conversation was held saying how the kingsridge where taking the guns away from the rangers and leaving them on the ground. This happened between 16:00 to 21:00. This what witnessed by the Person taking the screenshots - David Wood Other screenshots were acquired by Erik who was also there. The second raid involved no roleplay. Cabinets completely emptied out. We find this and all of our complaint a grievous breach of the rules laid out by Dayzrp. .

During a hostage situation at 00:00  hours RP was broken as the whole of KingsRidge showed up during said situation, knew exactly what buildings we were in as they only building they entered was the building Jak (Erik) was in and went straight to the room he was in as it was Get who killed him. They OCC'd their way through the situation and removed the entire RP involvement and experience for us. This is not fair and unacceptable behaviour. To which end, we also find admins abusing these rules to either through Meta breaches or hiding behind their rules (Ruleplay). Players seem to have a strange knowledge of what is going on. Your exact location. What you did or did not do. today, A hostage situation in a town 2km away, invites a squad over in every direction, who move directly to the building you are in. Cyfear was over watching the approach to the town, and within minutes, had not only witnessed a force arrive into a town where they had no IC knowledge of the situation, only ooc. go straight through the town, straight to the building and the adjacent building to attack another member. they made no attempt to check the other buildings, they knew exactly where to go, even to the point where Cyfear, hiding in deep bushes, had 3 players walk up to him.

This is officially a joint complaint from players who were rangers during the time of these events.

So, this is obviously a hefty report that covers a long time period and multiple situations, so we'd just like to get on top of things while we work to gather the logs needed for this report and discuss how we'd like to move forward internally.

Firstly, we'd like to ask that everyone hold off on issuing POVs until the Game Master team pulls logs and calls people in individually.  If, after the log pull, you feel as though you've been missed out, directly message a Game Master through Discord or the Forums asking to post your POVs.  You will be allowed to if you have something important to add to the report.

These logs will take a minute to gather, as there is a lot of evidence that we've already been provided by multiple parties outside of this report, so we will be investigating every aspect in our initial log pull.  Please be patient in the meantime.

If you have legitimate grounds to believe that any member of staff has been abusing their rank, position, tools, or otherwise, you absolutely must open a support ticket here.  In this support ticket, detail what happened, why you believe it was abuse, and most importantly provide evidence.  The admin team receives these support requests directly and will forward it to Roland, our community owner.  We take these claims very seriously, so please forward them to through the correct channels.

In the meantime, please be patient while we work on sorting this report out.  You will be called in if needed.

Also... could you please explain to me why, when initiated on, you raised your gun and then reported for Invalid Kill?

I will also say this now, @Duke is a respected staff member and does not even have admin tools in game. There is literally no way he has "abused his power" to gain the upperhand against you. Please in future take this directly to admins via the support tickets like @Peril stated instead of blasting him publicly with false accusations, preferably with evidence of such abuse.

The Rangers and King's Ridge had been on bad terms for a while before the initial attack on the prison due to a lead up of events that @ItsChocolateMan can better explain, since I wasn't part of some of them at the time because I was irresponsibly inactive

However, Here are screenshots of the rangers shittalking on our radio coms on multiple occasions:

Following all those events I can't really explain well, we then attacked the prison after we got information IC that one of our members voices was heard inside the prison, being kept captive. We snuck up as quiet as we could and began building a watchtower outside of the prison to try and get onto the roof and then drop an initiation once the tower was up. They eventually heard / saw us building and initiated on us, we then re-initiated for kings ridge as well as the dynamic mercenaries that were rolling with us and the fight began, where we eliminated every target and took over the prison.

The IC Reason for King's Ridge taking over the prison was because we didn't want hostile groups using the Prison to stash crazy amounts of loot and use it to imprison and enslave people anymore, which 503 did, then the cartel and then the rangers after those two groups had left the prison. We are a group that wants to do good. in our eyes, the prison does the opposite. If It was in our control, hostile groups wouldn't be able to cause mayhem inside the prison anymore. 

The amount of loot we found after sieging the prison was absolutely disgusting.

The Rangers & prior groups owning the prison had horded nearly, if not EVERY gun, ammo type and military grade equipment on the loot table. I believe @Unii or someone else has a video going through everything they had and someone might have screenshots of it. None of that stuff would've benefited King's Ridge in any way. So we stocked up on what we lost during the firefight and left the rest. Made a radio broadcast announcing the prison was now in our control and even received OOC green light from a Ranger stating they were moving to chernarus, we could have it.

What happened after that I cannot comment on, as I wasn't part of taking stuff out of cabinets. I was informed we were RP'ing out burning their stuff, so they could not use it against us or any other survivors out there. The OOC reason for doing it was the fucked up loot economy this had caused.

As mentioned before, please speak to @ItsChocolateMan as he was directly involved in every event leading up to kings ridge becoming hostile with the rangers as well as the "cleansing" of the cabinets / storage in the prison after successfully having held the prison for days.

Sidenote: Half of this loot probably wasn't even hoarded just by the rangers, but potentially by the cartel who took the prison over from the 503, and the 503. The insane amounts of loot most likely had been gathered over a period of time by 3 different groups.

I strongly believe that a Rule should be implemented against hoarding insane amounts of Loot. Because what we saw was absolutely disgusting in every way. It has no roleplay purpose whatsoever.

Hello! Since this is quite a long span of time involving several situations, I'll start by posting my viewpoint, and then later go into detail about your own POV and straighten up a few things.

Situation 1 - Prison raid: So me and the boys have been helping out Kings Ridge for quite a while now, being their protectors and ultimately guard dogs at the end of it. From what we were told then fake Michael was taken captured by the Rangers and was stuck inside the prison, so they call upon us and we devise a plan of the good old siege warfare. It's planned from the get-go that we're going to quickly gather some supplies and try and be as sneaky about it as we possibly can be. So we all venture together, a good 10-15 of us, and in secrecy we start building a watchtower at the side of the prison, expecting to eventually get seen but try our best to remain hidden until we can spring the trap on them.
About halfway through an initiation is dropped coming from the inside and we've now been initiated on. Pot-shots, a few deaths from both sides sides, and a watchtower finally constructed we finally make our way ontop of the roof and just for good measure drop our own initiation in case anyone wanted to call invalid kill.
We end up winning the prison and killing everyone within it after not too long, to which I notice that I believe @Ag Williams was in HD discussing potential rulebreaks with another mod/support (At least that's what I believe what was spoken prior to my arrival). I join it to clarify a few things and have a chat with the lad, where @Marik then drops in. A few things is spoken about which I'll cover in another section.

Situation 2 - Griefing: Me nor @Maybelele was apart of that and got no idea.

Situation 3 - Brena Police Station (I think that's what you're reffering to at least? It's a bit unclear to me):

So same gist as situation 1, Kings Ridge needs help and we pop on to help our buddies out. I make my way to Brena and get told that @Harveysomehow snuck into the lower floor room within the police station and is currently listening to what is going on, which is how we got our information. I am one of the first to arrive to the police station to my knowledge together with @Unii and a guy called Frank (not sure what his forum name is). I hide behind the sandbags outside the PD as @Unii speaks to a guy I can only reffer to as 'the kid' as I don't know how his name. They speak a bit and 'the kid' yells out "If anyone is around the police station we will shoot the hostages and you if you approach with a gun in hand!" or something like that, and from that point on I had been initiated on. However, as I find "And I started blasting" type of RP boring, I instead decided to go for the RP option. As @Unii plays a mute and cannot really hold a conversation I approach the door with my weapon on the back and one hand up to show I wasn't there to shoot him. I walk up and introduce myself as a mercenary and have a talk with 'the kid' explaining to him that quite frankly my character could not give a shit who's in the right or wrong, but if the kid was willing to pay I'd gladly hold up @Unii right in this instant. He agreed to the terms and me and @Marik(who arrived around that time) 'initiates' on @Unii and take her 'hostage'. We walk her inside and 'the kid' tells me and @Marik to stay on the lower floor while he takes @Unii upstairs into a room. A solid 30-60 seconds after I hear a barrage of shooting on the floor above me and I run up into a room next to the one where they're holding the hostages. I get to stand there for 5 seconds before @Harvey runs up the staircase and teamkills me. Afterwards I am then told that @Unii managed to shoot them both as they had their guard down, and thus the rescue was a success with my pointless sacrifice.

Now, that's my POV of the 2 situations. There's a few things in your own statements that I'd like to point out:

Coming to the defense of my comrade I'd like to point out, despite your unawareness and @Unii patience that others might've killed you earlier for. You do raise your gun at @Unii which is a clear show of non-compliance and I cannot imagine how you can be seen as unaware considering you decide to point it directly at her.

As is customary with most raids, once you initiate on a compound, you initiate on the compound as an entirety. Not only did most of you start by initiating on us, just to be sure, as soon as we were prepared to jump in we all yelled out our own initiations, telling "everyone who's in the prison put your fucking hands up or die!". And by doing so we've told -everyone- within the compound that they can now either surrender, or fight to the death. In my opinion, if you're inside a compound, that's clearly being raided, you're clearly apart of the people being raided, you have your gun out, and you've most likely been taking shots that'll maybe show in the logs if you hit, and have been initiated on / initiated yourself. Trying to argue around the point of you being shot is complete ruleplay.

The 'admin' you're reffering to is either me or @Marik, however I do not recall speaking to you but @Ag Williams. But just like @Para said, neither of us have access to any tools of any kind in-game and can therefore gain no advantage what so ever.

Whilst I was not apart of the situation I do want it to be known - You've been attacked twice within a reasonable span of time, both times being due to something your own people did IC wise. As for the "and built watch towers while we were offline", only one watchtower has ever been created and that was during the fight in situation 1. Even then offline raiding isn't disallowed.

People lie. Kings Ridge originally didn't want to be seen taking part in the attacks, hence they were instructed to wear our trademark green armband. A few Kings Ridge got the memo a bit too late and showed up with KR armbands. Once questioned about it of course they're going to lie to you. No rulebreak here. Me nor any of my people at any point wore a Kings Ridge armband.

It wasn't a raid as it was still known as Kings Ridge territory. To me it seems as if you've had a massive communication problem within your group as I have a screenshot of @Ag Williams who has been your IC leader (and still put as a Director in your Discord) tell me that you lot planned to move to Chernarus after the first prison raid. And therefore relinquished your claim of the prison. Which then makes it KR territory. Due to this Kings Ridge has all the right to dump what is now their gear on to the floor, as it was admittitly a disgusting amount of gear so put it back into the cycle so other players may have some fun with it. This screenshot has of course been shared with staff.

I've got no idea what "they OOC'd their way through the situation" is supposed to mean. As I stated in my POV, I did go up and RP with you lot, and unfortunately you were killed shortly after by @Unii, rightfully so as you tried to take her hostage.

Hello people. Hope you are having a good day. So here is my POV:

Situation 1. Prison attack) So me and the boys have been helping out Kings Ridge for a long time, being there if there was any hostilities going on. So we all planned to go up to the prison and attack it because they had Michael captured inside the prison. So we gathered, went up to the prison, started building a watchtower. Me being me i didn't build anything, i was more just watching and guarding the outside. After some time of building rangers dropped an initiation, so we drop an initiation from the outside just to be sure. After we then take the prison, we hacksaw gates and take stuff, and leave.

 

Situation 2: As i was not there i can't really say much...

Situation 3. Brena police station) Me and @KohlSkaal ran from up north down to Brena where we found an obvious sniper from the rangers. We didn't do anything more than talk to him. Me and @KohlSkaal circled the police station for a solid 5 minutes where @Duke and @Marik were inside trying to trick the rangers. @Harvey ran in and killed @Duke. @Unii being Unii shot both of the rangers, and more or less the situation was over.

King’s Ridge  have lived in Gliniska for a while. The Rangers came down from the Prison into town looking for members of the King’s Ridge to talk to us about some issues they had at us. The few of us that were in town left and attempted to reach out to them to settle this over the radio, as it looked like they were there to kill. They tortured Mikey @IntenseGeek, who was left in the town, to try to find out where we were. We eventually came back to town, talked to Director Williams @Ag Williams and Agak @agak for about an hour, and worked through our problems.

"Ghost protocol is active. I repeat, ghost protocol is active. We are now unaffiliated with anyone until primary objective has been acquired. Target list has been acquired. First target has been acquired. Target designation 1: Michael Brown. They shall weep as their members fall one by one until nothing is left but the ones who brought it upon themselves"

Following the message from Agak @agak, I radio Mikey @IntenseGeek asking if he is okay. I hear no response from him. Kessik Bayev @Kessik, an ally of ours, goes up to the prison to investigate. He hears Mikey @IntenseGeekinside begging for his life and informs us of this information. Now was the time to act. King’s Ridge and allies rally together under a common goal of rescuing Mikey and ensuring the Rangers could not use this fortress to hold further prisoners. Late 05 May and into 06 May we siege the prison, building watchtowers in order to infiltrate around their 8+ gate hallways. During building, we are initiated on by multiple Rangers and return fire. We proceed to reinitiate on the entire compound multiple times throughout the raid and clearance of the prison in order to ensure we have rights on everyone inside, since they are not an approved group. We offer them multiple chances to surrender and turn over Mikey to us so that we can leave. No one complies. Following the complete seizure of the prison, Mikey’s unfortunate passing, and the discovery that the Rangers had a cabinet full of human meat, we knew we had to prevent the cannibalistic Rangers from utilizing the Prison as a fortress. Duke @Duke reached out to their leader, Director Williams @Ag Williams, OOC, to ensure this was okay.

Sammy @Unii Husky @HuskyBB, and Olivia @KorhaBB are at the Prison and notice the Rangers lurking around, presumably getting in through the watchtower we had yet to take down. The Rangers get initiated on and get killed. We have further asserted our control over the prison.

We have a meeting with Captain Krieger @Truemonkh, the leader of the Final Order in Gliniska and become allies. They promise to bring Agent Johnson to us because he admitted that he was the one that killed Mikey. We still have control of the prison, not seeing and Rangers around all day.

08 May 2020

We had a run in with some bandits (not associated with the Rangers), some members getting taken hostage, and we fell back to the Prison, using it as a stronghold. We still have control of the prison and have not seen the Rangers around. 

09 May 2020

King’s Ridge has decided to leave Livonia to Chernarus for lore reasons. Due to this, we go to the prison, which we still own and have not seen the Rangers at for 3 days, and stock up on supplies for our journey. We grab car batteries, radiators, ammunition, weapons, food, and anything else we would need for the long journey. IC, we do not want the weapons and equipment to fall into the wrong hands, specifically the people we were leaving Livonia for (lore people). Therefore, Emerson @Harvey, and myself go into the prison undisturbed. As we are piling all the weapons and equipment together, two individuals who are not King’s Ridge show up. We hold one of them up. I discovered after this report went up that this individual was Dannon Robin @dannon. We questioned him for around 20 minutes. He stated that he had been held prisoner there by the Rangers since before our siege. He never identified himself as a Ranger and after our investigation, we released him. The other individual, John Newkin @David Wood we already knew, and told him to head out. Apparently both of these individuals were part of the Rangers, but we had no IC knowledge that they were, nor did they inform us that they were. John Newkin @David Wood, the other ‘Ranger’ present, keeps making new characters after his last ones are PKd that apparently keeps being a part of the Rangers despite no character backstory leading to believe so.

This is a complete lie and Dannon Robin @dannon and John Newkin @David Wood should confirm this. We had Dannon Robin @dannon hostage for about 20 minutes questioning him about why he was there, having him speak into the radio to Captain Krieger  @Truemonkh to see if he recognized his voice. We asked Dannon Robin why he was there, what involvement he had with the Rangers, and explained to him why we were ridding this place of all of the equipment and weapons. We spoke to John Newkin asking him questions as well. @Phoenix brought him away and talked to him asking if everything was okay because he was a kid. He even says, admitting to RP occuring,

Emerson  @Harvey and I RP out us burning up the equipment and weapons, and then leave the prison unobstructed. We then receive word from Captain Krieger @Truemonkh, that he is having a meeting with Agent Johnson and will deliver him to us. We arrive at the Final Order’s base, RP with Agent Johnson, then execute him after PK rights were given. We make it back to Gliniska and the following radio transmission is heard.

We arrive, try to RP the release of Kayden @IntenseGeek for about five minutes, but they will not let him go. Sammy @Uniiinfiltrates into the police station, gets initiated on, kills the individuals inside, and we have achieved our goal. 

We reach out to the Rangers on discord, explaining the situation, how we knew where they were, and why we had rights on them. The Rangers still proceeded to ignore all the evidence we provided them, kicked Sammy @Uniifrom the discord, and post the report with false information saying we had no IC knowledge, even after we had provided the evidence to them.

Hello, if you have watched the video, you will clearly hear Sammy using her voice box to initiate with another Character (Director Jonson). You hear the same voice 4 times, you then hear me saying "hang on, hang on can you hear that" as I walk to the peak of the roof. That  is clear proof i was unaware of any initiation upon myself. Considering the character on the roof with me at the time had exactly the same sounding voice box as Sammy. A gun was then raised at me whilst unaware of what was happening. I then raised mine in attempt to see Jonson and the situation. The video clearly shows myself looking in the direction of the prison entrance to where Jonson was. The 15 seconds of video provided is not the entire conversation, there was a small conversation to where I explained what has happened the day before in the prison.

The Rangers never fully left the prison after the attack, we had put 6 locks back onto the 6 gates to the entrance to the prison and an 3 agents were remaining within. Why if the King's Ridge had control over it did they have to use a watch tower to get back in yesterday? We have clear proof they were never going to take the prison in this screenshot provided. (If you would like an unedited version please contact me via Discord. As the Rangers never left the prison and King's Ridge never had any intention of occupying the prison, it was still the rangers and they griefed us by taking our stuff out of the cabinets and barrels putting it on the ground. They have clearly stated the prison is not theirs and they are not to sleep or stay there.

I have grabbed screenshots of the Ranger private coms clearly stating that we took the prison back on the first being the day they killed me without initiation and the second being 08/05/2020 when we put six locks back on the front gates and the King's Ridge had to build another watchtower in order to get back in. Also myself, Jonson, Vondy and Newkin had all logged out inside the prison after taking it back, Vondy is still currently logged out within the prison. We are providing two screenshots of IC radio communication between us stating we have taken the prison back and that we've put the six locks on the gates.

In the screenshot provided it states "Reminder, all Kings Ridge please do not rest or stay at the prison. It is not ours, and we are not moving into it. Staying there can result in a... untimely end..."

So @Unii please explain why you are not telling them this?

@Maybelele As you were there in Brena, you clearly did not hear Unii initiate before killing Newkins and I. As you can see, I step out from behind Newkin. My gun is out but not pointed at anyone. Newkin steps towards her and she pulls a gun out of her bag and shoots us without initiation. I am sure she will say I initiated when I said "Sit down please. Otherwise ill shoot..." This is an indirect threat. I did not state who or what I would shoot. Therefore no initiation was commenced from either side towards her or us by her. Therefore she killed Newkins and myself without said initiation and broke the rules. I am able to attach the video. Please contact me via DIscord for it.

Unii this isn't about a discord chat made when our groups were at bad times, this is about Kings ridge breaking rules. Agent Vertenan was within the Kings ridge discord long before he even joined the Rangers. Please do not attempt to misconstrue this situation we are now in.

@Duke I will refer to what i said to @Maybelele @Uniidid not initiate with us prior to killing us, therefore braking the rule and showing no value for life.

As for the prison raid I heard my side initiating but I could not hear their side doing so. That was probably due to the constant gun fire and possibly the distance between myself and their people. But they did say they did not care about mikey and that is again no value for life. Why did they not negotiate before attacking? Though again, the prison raid is not the main question to be answered and dealt with.

I quote this paragraph due to the fact you said @IntenseGeek begged for his life. He did not beg for his life, the only sentences he would say to us is "I'm going to kill you" "F**k Off" and other non compliant and initiation statements. There we're 7 Rangers online including myself. We can all collaborate this, we were protecting Mikey in this RP situation and nothing more.

Please Ignore this part of @ItsChocolateMan POV due to this not being in question during this report. "King’s Ridge  have lived in Gliniska for a while. The Rangers came down from the Prison into town looking for members of the King’s Ridge to talk to us about some issues they had at us. The few of us that were in town left and attempted to reach out to them to settle this over the radio, as it looked like they were there to kill. They tortured Mikey @IntenseGeek, who was left in the town, to try to find out where we were. We eventually came back to town, talked to Director Williams @Ag Williams and Agak @agak for about an hour, and worked through our problems."

I have already covered the "shit talk" above. I will not repeat myself on that.

Again, I clearly stated that our locks were on the prison, Kings ridge has to build another watch tower in order to re-access it yesterday. I even logged in while they were in there griefing us as I woke up in a tent within the court yard, to where they proceeded to take me hostage, claim I was Director Jonson, make me speak in a radio to CPT. Krieger. As to where I managed to convince them I was not a Ranger and that Rangers has taken me to the prison for information on the kings ridge. Again there were 4 Kings ridge there, including Sammy and River. 

Newkin @David Wood then spawned in and RP'd with them they left the prison after telling me they were leaving the guns for people to take, they never said to be they were burning them I am sure Newkin and Jonson will back me up as they were in the prison as well. Jonson was hiding in a room while newkin and I were with the Kings ridge. 

@ItsChocolateMan I will now quote this section of your POV "King’s Ridge has decided to leave Livonia to Chernarus for lore reasons. Due to this, we go to the prison, which we still own and have not seen the Rangers at for 3 days, and stock up on supplies for our journey. We grab car batteries, radiators, ammunition, weapons, food, and anything else we would need for the long journey. IC, we do not want the weapons and equipment to fall into the wrong hands, specifically the people we were leaving Livonia for (lore people). You returned to the prison, you were not able to access it from the main entrance due to our locks being on there. So you build another watchtower to enter the prison again. Please look at the screenshot of said watchtower that we've pictured today at the prison.

The screenshot provided of Williams saying about going to chenaris was before the raid and second part is after the raid, you can also clearly see that Jonson @EriK did not respond to this question.

@Truemonkh We can confirm that we took the prison back, as we had a meeting with Cpt Krieger the day after the raid, he witnessed Jonson @EriK remove the locks from the prison and put them back to allow the Cpt in. 

@ItsChocolateMan As for the private message you sent to me and my reply. As you can see after your last message I had not replied to this point. I was in fact about to respond with asking to speak with you in the staff help, though it appears you cannot wait for a response and have attempted to use this against me in dirty tactics I will quote a part of your message witch states "Wish you would give me the opportunity to speak with you to hopefully figure out why this is. But, it is up to you. If at any point during or after the report you wish to speak, feel free to reach out." You did not allow me even a chance to respond to this and that is a low ball move.

In fact I would actually like to speak with you @ItsChocolateMan in the help line, if you could please reach out to me via discord so we can arrange this. Though I would like an Admin who is not involved with Kings Ridge in order to moderate this conversation as I feel you will attempt to twist my words as you have done with my private message.

Etc” Literally moments after I said this (in the same play session) the consensus was changed by KR leadership as the PMCS would not be actively playing on Livonia with mains and locks were placed on the prison for Kings Ridge claiming it. You will need to ask Jet, Emerson, Frank for more information. I believe I went to bed soon after or around this time. 

Kind reminder my char is not a leader of KR nor has a say in KR leadership decisions.

I am the owner and leader of King's Ridge and the call was made by me and backed up by the rest of the leadership team @ItsChocolateMan @Harvey @Searoz & @Imagine. They all act as co-leaders ingame and ooc, any decisions they make will also go through.

It was stated in our open frequency after your encrypted message, that @Harvey is co-leader. You probably didn't read it, which isn't really my problem.

- We did not want the equipment to fall into the wrong hands and be used to cause more Mayham at the prison after King's Ridge would leave the country - That was IC Reasoning Number 2
- And for the OOC Reasoning, we simply believed that the amount of stuff they had was absolutely disgusting. And having received OOC confirmation from the Leader that we could have the prison, we made the decision to distribute all this lovely hoarded gear that has no roleplay purpose to our group back into the loot economy.

First things first, the griefing, whether I believe it was or wasn't griefing. That has nothing to do with me, @KorhaBB or @HuskyBB. We did not drop them, so that wasn't us. But what I can say about it, is that I am pretty sure others in my group had rp'd burning the gear as they did not want Rangers to break back into the prison and take it from us. We also believed that we owned the prison now, as shown later. I even saw members of my group roleplay burning the guns. But I did not take part in that so, you would have to ask people who did.

For the first thing, I was radio'd by @HuskyBB(Icly, Joe Collins) that there were people at the prison trying to hire him to fight the group that I and Olivia Rose @KorhaBB are a part of, Kings Ridge, so in response I logged in or otherwise I woke up to see what was going on, I had previously logged off outside the prison. And there was still a watchtower on the side of the prison from the raid on the previous few days. So I climbed up onto the watchtower and jumped onto the small bridge that connects the two sections of it. In which I was crouched inside of the prison. I was sitting there and I heard someone up on the roof walking about and I heard someone walking around in the floor just above me, I then found out that Marcus Ward ( @Searoz) woke up, at first I did not know it was him, so I was a bit jumpy, but after recognising his outfit and armband. I told him what was going on as he was clueless, I told him that there were people trying to hire Joe Collins @HuskyBB to fight us and that I had heard a dude walking about on the roof. We decided that we were going to go up on the roof and either talk to the guy or question him. We weren't sure. So we walked up onto the little platform and he immediately began pointing his gun at us and I believe asking "Who are you, what are you doing here." Or something along those lines. Marcus Ward spoke to him a bit, and I jumped down onto the roof with the guy, I was walking around when I heard Olivia Rose, aka @KorhaBB. Initiate on the guy talking to Joe Collins @HuskyBB down below. So in response, I began to initiate, I did mess up a couple times, the first initiation was not valid I believe, the second I was messing up with pressing my voice button. And the third one was 100% valid. As you can see in the clip that he provided from my POV, I pointed my gun directly at him and played the voice line, "Put your hands up or die." In which his response was to point his gun at me so I shot him. That was really all I did, I checked his body and then decided to let the others deal with the other one who complied as he wasn't really my problem. I then climbed down the watchtower on the side of the prison, went for a nice jog down to the town. Role played with some dude on the bridge.

As for the entire prison firefight, our ic reasoning for attacking ya'll was because we had been tipped that Michael Brown( @IntenseGeek), one of our people were being held in a prison cell. We were just quietly building a watchtower outside, our plan was to try and get up into the prison as sneakily as we could and then initiate onto you guys then . But you guys initiated onto us whilst we were building. I do not personally have video evidence of this, but perhaps someone else will. The Rangers initiate and we carry on building, one of the Rangers jump out of the prison and run up behind us spraying a Saiga, I turn around and spray this dude down before anyone of us is killed. I believe roughly before or just after that, we all made sure to put our mic's on level 3 and initiate on the entire prison, saying to put your hands up or die. We carry on building, have some difficulties at some points. I am watching the bridge, I see one of the Rangers running with a gun out on the bridge, so I spray into the gap, killing the Ranger, as shown in this brief clip, but also in the clip you can see what I believe to be aogm with the barriers. There was a LOT of this throughout the prison, with cabinets and other barriers.

Other then this, I do not do much else for the rest of this firefight other then loot the secured prison afterwards. I remember there being an insane amount of loot that made all of us sick, I believe some people may have some pictures or video evidence of it but I'm not sure who. We then asked oocly if we could take over the prison, shown here:


So therefore we believed that we then owned the prison, perhaps it was a misunderstanding due to strange wording but, that is the message we got from that. We changed the codes and put them on some of the doors, like the front ones. That was the end of the prison raid. 

Now to the final thing that happened roughly yesterday. We were getting ready to finish up our rp for the day because were about to prepare rp to move to Chernarus, we had previously in the day executed the Ranger's leader I believe. With pk perms granted by the user. For some context, we had also been roleplaying with a kid named Johnny throughout the day, who had made a joke about eating people, so I believe(may be wrong, as I was not present)Tyler Morgan@Woodsy and Kessik Bayev@Kessik decided to initiate on him to question him, can't really comment on what happened during it, but he got away somehow and Kayden Jyo @IntenseGeek decided to go looking for the kid, no idea on what his intentions were.  I then was having my good friend Jet Anderson @ItsChocolateMan radio my friend back, due to him telling me that he is in Brena despite the fact we were about to start the rp journey to Chernarus. So Jet radio's him for me due to being a mute icly and only using limited voice lines to actually talk, Kayden Jyo @IntenseGeek, on a different character due to him PK'ing Michael Brown) and got the response as shown here: 
This was of course, mildly concerning but, I continued to just chill over in Gliniska, but as time went on my character got more and more worried that he didn't respond. I then got radio'd this eight minutes later:  

So I began to tell everyone around, as quickly as a mute can. Word spread around the radio and we decided that we weren't going to leave him behind and we would go try and rescue him. We were aware that the police station could be a trap so we devised a plan that only I and later Mads @Duke would walk up to it and the rest would check the surrounding area for any people waiting for a potential trap to be sprung. I walked up to the police station, a gun in my backpack and a green armband on for identification, after several demands for me to enter the police station and me being unsure whether to or not and someone inside of the police station saying something alone the lines of, "Everyone around the police station you will be killed if you do not have your hands up." or something, I can't remember it too well because radio chatter was a bit too loud. Mads @Duke walked up to try and negotiate as a mute can't really do that. They expressed that they wanted my character, Sammy in particular.I decide eventually to enter the police station with my hands up. I am put into a room with Kayden Jyo @IntenseGeek as someone aims at me and speaks a bit to me and then says this to me, which I took as an initiation from this individual in particular:
There is both a demand, "Sit down" and a threat, "Otherwise I'll shoot..." And it is clear you were talking to me as you say my name at the beginning of the message.

I listen to him and I crouch in the corner, a fully loaded AK still sitting in my bag. The other Ranger comes into the room, puts away his gun and takes out handcuffs, telling me to put my hands down, I take my opportunity to prevent being used as a bargaining tool or a leverage tool and I pull out my AK and shoot both of them, as shown here:

I have no idea what occurred between the people outside, I know someone was killed in a building, but I honestly don't have a clue about what happened there as I was not present nor was I described what happened. As for you asking me why I didn't tell them to not log out in the prison, I believed we owned the prison. So I didn't feel the need to tell people to not log in there, I myself have never logged out in the prison due to simply not wanting to either go through the gates every time.

I believe this is where my long POV for each event should end. Let me know if I need to add anything else.

@dannon At this point, you should have provided any and all relevant video evidence you have.  Please upload it to this thread as soon as possible.  Also, let me reiterate a question that has been asked by @Para that you haven't answered:

The others have stated our case really well, so I will keep it short.

I am confident that we did not grief the prison, you gave it up to us and we have evidence for that. The reason we went there was to gather basic supplies and remove weapons to keep them from anyone who may use them against us, as we had been informed that there were Rangers trying to get into the prison/were already in. This makes sense considering the fact that we had been using the prison as a safe place to fall back to in the past few days. And, to be honest, even if this wasn't the case I would feel totally comfortable doing what we did, considering the cancerous hoarding in that place, no one needs 30+ cabinets full of guns and almost 20 crates of ammo, just opening your inventory in that place made your game crash.

The Brena holdup was a bit of a clusterfuck, even when you ignore what happened afterwards. As explained before I was inside the Prison in the back room where the 2nd entrance is, I went up there before everyone else and locked it behind me to eavesdrop, giving everyone else info on where they were/how many etc. Over comms the mercenaries (@Duke and his boys) hatched a plan to deceive the hostage taker by changing sides against @Unii and helping the guy take Unii aswell, giving him the opportunity to use his concealed firearm against them. Unii takes the opportunity and shoots them, I run upstairs after this happens and shoot @Duke as I had no idea anyone else was already upstairs (sorry man <3).

From what I can see the main concern regarding me was how I knew their movements and where exactly they were. Unii told us she had a radio message from @IntenseGeek about their last known location after getting taken (police station). Once I was there I set up the position inside and let everyone know they were still here, aside from that I just stayed there in case anything went down.

If you are going to complain about us raiding/griefing you with no RP, I reserve the right to be pedantic and accuse you of the same thing, considering you went in and changed the locks after giving it up. Its not something you have any grounds to complain about. I was going to say that changing the locks and taking over a base you gave to us was a potential rulebreak, but Ill leave that for staff as im not entirely sure myself.

The day prior, we had an interaction with some bandits taking part of our group hostage, you will see hitlogs for this, where I got hit. Many of the King's Ridge members were hostage and the rest headed to the Prison as a stronghold. At this time, we only had a couple codelocks on the front gates. Some members grabbed a bunch of random codelocks within storage and started placing them on the other unlocked front gates, not paying attention to the codes as they were putting them on. When we arrived to the prison on the 10th, we could not get into the prison, assuming the reason was because some members had placed random codelocks on the gate. Once inside on the 10th, we discovered some codes on the inside of the prison were still ours, able to access the courtyard and armory without obstruction. We had no knowledge that the Rangers had come in, broken down all the codelocks on the front gate we had randomly put on, and put on their own. 

Throughout the entire time after our siege, seizure of the prison, and declaration of our now ownership of the Prison both IC and OOC, the Rangers never made any attempt IC or OOC to reach out to us stating that they wanted the prison back. Any time we met any of them at the prison, we expelled them, stating it was ours. 

Furthermore, before RP'ing out the burning of the weapons and equipment, we offered Dannon Robin @dannon and John Newkin @David Wood the ability to grab anything they wanted, thinking we were giving back to the community and not the Rangers, as we did not know they were Rangers when we met them in the prison after questioning.

I was not a Ranger when they got the prison from the Cartel. Also as I said previously. Cpt Krieger was communicating with the kings ridge, he knew we had retaken the prison and therefore would've likely told KR. @Unii clearly stated that she messed up her first two initiations and did a third, that again I did not hear. It can clearly be heard that I am unaware of the situation and she knew that. She took her opportunity to get an easy kill. With this I end that. Next within Brena, Sammy did not initiate on Newkin and shot him immediately. She has already admitted he did not initiate on him and that I "initiated on her" Newkin was not a ranger. He was a crazy kid who took someone hostage and the rangers took advantage of the situation. Therefore they could not kill him, the kid even stated he wasn't a ranger. Again they meta'd that situation.

Kings ridge members have added in things to this that do not matter due to not being part of my report. As well as the fact of when I spoke with @ItsChocolateMan via the staff help. I clearly requested him, one admin/moderator and myself. I was ganged up upon by those multiple people within this chat and shot down at every corner.

Its just not Cricket.

I am done with DayZRP at this point because whatever happens I will not win and KR will not be punished for breaking rules because they cheat.

Hello i played the roll of John Newkin in the dayzrp i am apart of the rangers. This is my POV. My roll in the situations was i took place in just about every situation other then @dannon being killed on the roof of the prison 

Im just going to head through tacking every situation that happen in order that @Peril as asked 

Starting of with the most recent situation the Brena PD hostage situation. Pier to the Hostage situation i was run of the the town of gliniska after being mistaken for a cannibal. after doing so i swam across the river and started to head West for Brena from there i receive an OCC message from @IntenseGeek and we then planned out an RP situation where i would take him hostage. During planning we talked about how hes going to let Kings Ridge know that he has spotted someone in Brena and that hes going to go talk to them. along with im going to take his radio and then make contact with The Rangers.. So after it was all set we put our plans in to action i took him hostage radioed for my people and that was that. As the roleplay progressed i then order @IntenseGeek to speak in to my radio informing his people where he is whats going on etc. and then from there we waited. threating to kill him if he was to try anything he complied and eventually the members of Kings ridge and a mercenary group have arrived at the front door of the Police Department. after a brief talking back and forth with the Mercs I then hired them and they gave me Sammy we brought her upstairs and as seen in screenshots threatened her if she didn't comply. i then conversed with the Mercs and they stayed downstairs the PD as i went up to attend to Sammy. i walked in the room asked hows shes doing and that she could put down her hand and turn around then i switched to my handcuffs to cuff her she pulls and AK out of her bag and kills me and @dannon. As i stated in PM's with staff i feel there was no rule break during the Brena PD hostage situation

 Next Addressing the first prison raid. Ill start by stating that i do not believe that any staff abused there role of staff within game. And to then go in the the fight its self leading up to the fire fight we had heard the sound of something being constructed outside of the prison. after some investigating we where able to identify some people with green armbands and some with the kings Ridge armbands. Soon after i headed for a window closes to there tower they where building and say " Hey buddy's im not to sure whats going on out there but i suggest you stop your we will be forced to open fire." imminently after someone OCC by mistake yells "Initiation! Initiation! telling someone in the discord to shoot someone they'ed seen in the tower. After doing this all the member then got in to a secure location to then prepare to fight. after awhile we then realized the rules and how we are not an approved group and we came up with a plan to try and get everyone to initiate. So we took a Megaphone went to the walls and starting to try and make contact. which we assumed worked because people people outside the prison began to respond. 

Now the Second raid on the prison i can not say much because i was not there when @dannon was killed on the roof but i have seen the videos and can say that there was 2 voices yelling to Erik and Dan one saying "Put your hands up or die" and the other saying "Put your fucking hands up" i believing @dannon was just oblivious to the situation as you can here him in the video go "can you hear that" before he gets shot after raising his weapon.

Know with the Alleged Griefing i can not say weather it is true or not. after reading others POV its hard to believe that they where unaware of the prison being taken back considering they had to build a watchtower to get back inside the prison. The day before tho the Rangers did replace all the locks on the prison and removed the watch tower on the outside wall. when i logged in the next day i found @dannon being questioned by members of kings ridge in the prison along with all weapons on the floor and the watchtower rebuilt. I asked why there was so many weapons on the floor where then someone responded with "we will be getting rid of them soon" after that they let Dan go and i ended up leaving with the kings ridge because i had role played that i needed eye surgery.  

My final comments are that this large report should have never been posted. I see it as a waste of everyone time considering i know for a fact half of the issues i can easily just have explained to where the members of kings ridge following the rules.. At most a feel a report for the greifing could have been posed but other then that the rest being both raids the hostage situation should have never been brought up. I do wish there was more RP involved on the kings ridge side but other then that everything was, in my opinion within the rules and should have never been brought up in this report besides the subject of greifing.

I was told I could close the report at anytime. So please close it immediately as it is becoming way out of hand, especially with blocking @Cyfear. Considering I will not be providing my evidence any more as I am unable to add it to hear ect.

So again, I no longer want this report in place. It is my legal right to close it at any point and remove my parties involvement.

I hear by revoke your permissions to use what I have provided and to continue to use them would be breaking law.
