How do I build storage space

Hi,

with all the recent updates and mods, I’m a little lost with the new content.

I’m wondering what is the easiest way to store items? I’ve heard you can build crates? How is that done?

Otherwise, are there any other ways to store supplies easily?

I’m not a hoarder but I like having a safespace

You can build crates with planks and nails. They don't hold much but it's better than nothing.

You could ofcouse  go out and find barrels and tents to get more space than crates could.

You could also build a wooden shed, but that takes a ton of nails, and a ton of planks. And by a ton i do mean a TON. <-- Another question about the wooden shed can be found here.

Also Cabinets and Lockers are golden when it comes to storage. You can't build them, but you can find them.

I’m rolling duos so crates should do for now (unless I find a tent/barrel)

barrels - 150 slots can store anything other than weapons which aren't pistols though....

cabinets, lockers, sleeping bags, tents (military = green, car tent = black, civilian = whitey/grey/blue) you can store anything In these

 

don't waste your time building a shed and the wooden storage can only store 50 slots and work off the same rules as a barrel.. no weapons other than a pistol.
