Prefab Location?

Would like to check whether this location is approved to start placing items for the prefab. 
More or less from the bridge down to the island we would like to use. 

-Appreciate the time

(edit) To clarify only the ocean side of the road. Bridge for reference. Say the border starts on the wall and the "property line" would reach the stream

From bridge to the island, that spans the entire village, so I doubt it. And it would probably block the main coastal highway which is a big no no.
