Today I died at cherno port of starvation, not of Combat. So i decieded to make a whole new character and spawned somwhere North of cherno. I met a Girl there named jane. I asked her where i can find a new gun (because my new character was a soldier) and where i was. she told me to go to balota and that i am near cherno.

so i went back to the City but i didnt take any of my old stuff, after i found Food i went to balota and then to komarovo.

Why the verdict is not fair: 

It was the only Logical rp Thing to do after i talked to her. so i hope this will be ok.

What would you like to achieve with this appeal:

i would like to get the ban lifted, I would like points reset/effects reversed on my character

What could you have done better?:

I couldve informed an admin to ensure it was ok

Your appeal is being DENIED due to the fact that NLR hits are no longer appeal as can be read about in this post. Remember, NLR lasts for 1 hour. One advice for the future, when you die log out for the hour and go get yourself a snack or something. Or you can just stay away from that area and meet up with your friends somewhere else then return to the area after the hour passes. If there is a ongoing hostile situation that lasts for more then an hour, you have to keep away until that situation is over.
