Why the verdict is not fair: After connecting, i was dead. I saw the load screen, then "You are Dead". nothing else!! Clearly visable in the provided logs

Additional statements/comments explaining your point of view:

1. I died inside my base. I have every RP reason to go there and/or return there. I have been there for over 24 hours. My team are there, i have a bed there, it makes every bit of sense!
2. I picked up items from the ground after team mates found my body, my body was gone, there items had been recovered by my team, inside our base as they would any other items, It makes sense!
3. No effort was made to communicate any reason for this breach prior to the ban to which i would have happily explained. As a subcribing member, i would atleast expect a notice of some kind.
4. I was moving a high value cabinet fully loaded with rare items. The disconnection will delete the those items inside the cabinet!
5. I could go on, but i'm extremely annoyed/angry i will end up saying something without thinking it through.

What would you like to achieve with this appeal: i want the ban lifted, I want points resets/effects reversed on my character

What could you have done better?: communicated to the admin team prior to my return regarding the nature of the death

As you can see from the logs above, you returned back to your place of death within the 1 hour timer, required by the New Life Rule (NLR).

It was recently announced here that we would be actively enforcing the New Life Rule. It was stated we would be issuing bans for all NLR rule breaks both severe and not severe without the possibility to appeal.

Hello Cyfear,

As stated in the warning you received, the NLR ban is Unappealable. I would advise you to go over the NLR rule again and read the announcement made by Roland regarding the NLR rules.

With that being said /Appeal Denied
