Graveyard mod?

I think we need a graveyard mod. Imagine a mod where people can add a headstone after they PK a character.  I think this would improve RP by providing an incentive for people to PK characters. 

I know nothing of modding so I don't know how do-able this is. 

Edit: I didn't realize that I needed to do research before posting in the suggestion thread now. Good guidelines but I haven't done any.
