banned for bad note/bad RP

Why the verdict is not fair: It was an explicit note my wife left in Sitnik on my account and was inappropriate but I do not agree with it being bad RP. I have seen some pretty foul notes on your servers before, whether or not the authors of those notes were banned I don't know. But I don't think it should result in my character losing weapons and gear he worked hard for or a base he spent hours building but hadn't secured it yet being raided all over a silly note that didn't really affect RP.

Additional statements/comments explaining your point of view: Is it your policy to destroy people's characters everytime they do something dumb? Because that's all this is. If you doubt my story, go look at the notes I wrote in-game and compare those with the 1 my wife did. Should I still be held responsible for what she did? Sure. But a 5 day ban and losing my character seems really extreme.

What would you like to achieve with this appeal: The ban reversed and my character sparred.

What could you have done better?: Maybe I should have made a better effort to emphasize to my wife that her  usual trolling of me on my PC will get me in trouble on RP servers.

Hello there @pepsy_j,

Another portion of the staff team has looked over your appeal and came to the conclusion to DENY IT.

We'll first begin with the note itself, there was absolutely no reason for that note to be written and placed down especially since you placed it in the town of Sitnik which is still frequently visited in game. From the moment you get into the server everything you do and say is meant to be viewed as in character. As said before, your interesting little message was not needed to be created.
Secondly, you claim that your wife decided to write that up and place it somewhere in game. There's no real way to validate your claim but if this is the case you and your wife have something to talk about. When you step away from your computer while still in game on our server it is your responsibility to make sure nothing wrong happens from your end while you are away. Since this happened from your computer and your character, this results in you getting in trouble for it. Next time either tell anyone around you not to do anything, log out for however long you need to, or come back quickly enough that nothing wrong goes down.
