Event description:

Tom and myself were in Lopatino, where we met a friendly individual, seemed to have little gear. We gave him food, and he went on his way. A short while after, while up the road, we saw the same individual, and another, conversing on the road. We were out of earshot, and decided to go around them, and keep moving north. We get to Sinistok, get inside the hunting shop, and begin to take out infected that was surrounding us. After shooting, Tom points out two individuals running into Sinistok, and as he spots them, we hear a shot, literally going over our heads, hitting the  shop  behind us. (Coincidentally, five minutes or so before this, while en route to Sinistok, we heard a shot, Tom felt as if it was at us, but we are unsure.)

We rush into the hunting shop, taking refuge. A minute or so passes, where I hear one of the suspects sneezing. I announce myself, and they tell us to come out with our hands raised. We did not. They had already shot at us, and had only decide to initiate whilst in close range.  Tom is popped through a window, and then its me vs the suspects. We fight for a bit, and I eventually die.

Tom and myself also believes this is BadRP, as they made little attempt to roleplay. They shot at us, we take cover, they approach and initiate. After I try and make conversation, one replies every so often, they remain mostly quiet, providing bad roleplay, and presumably speaking in comms. After initiating, they were quiet, ignoring my remarks and questions. Shortly after, Tom is shot in the head and killed.

Yeah i can confirm this... on the way to Sinystok we heard a gunshot, and i heard something that sounded like a bullet and asked "Anton" if he heard that.
Then we cleared the infected at the Shop, when i was eating and saw someone coming up the road and said "Anton do you see that?" and there is another gunshot, definitely right at us....

So we go inside, and on guard... we hear someone sneaking around, and a loud cough, so Anton called out, and someone said "put your hands up" obviously we refuse.
Person goes quiet, even though Anton kept talking to him, probably speaking out of game to the guy going to the otherside of the building....

Was quiet for a little bit, and Anton kept saying "you should get some meds for that cough if you going to rob someone", and after the second or third time the guy just responds with cursing, when i just got shot in the head from the otherside by the other guy...

seems like attempted KOS, followed by bad/no rp, ended with a shitty kill after barely any interaction.

To be completely honest I don't have much to say, I know I messed up and didn't provide the proper role play experience. I'm still brand new to this server and attempting to work on my role-playing, the wrongs that Vath pointed out will definitely help me in the future. I'm sorry this all turned out how it did, my apologies. Both of these guys are definitely nice people because I met them at Lopatino and they even offered me food. I didn't mean to ruin your day on the Z, hopefully you guys can forgive me.

Same with me, really dont know what to say. We know we meessed by not role playing the situation out, and just falsely killed them. Without letting other things play out. We probably could have avoided the fight, but didnt. SO i am sorry how all this turned out hopefully you can give us another chance.

@King Wizard and @Synergy before initiating on the OP and his friend in the shop they say that a shot went off over their heads, what is your reasoning for shooting at or near them may I ask?

Also, even though you admit that you messed up, please provide your POV's of the events that took place leading up to initiating on the OP and his friend.

I'm responsible for shooting, but I was trying to shoot a zombie to their right, I didn't intend to initiate on them

There were no zombies at the time you shot at us. We were looting their bodies, and Tom clearly explained he was eating at the time.

yeah... there were no zombies, the area was cleared since we killed them with gunfire and drew them all... were busy patching up/eating food we found on them, when we got shot at....

Listen @King Wizard, that's not a POV. You need to provide in YOUR own words of what took place. You say what they say is what happened, nothing different... Are you admitting that you shot at the OP and his friend before initiating? Because this is the way it's coming across.

Okay, we're going to try this one more time before pushing this to verdict.  @Synergy and @King Wizard, ignoring every thing else in this report and from your own perspectives, please provide us with as detailed an account as you can about what happened from the time just before @Synergy shot his Mosin at/near the OP and friend to the time the video ends and both of the reporters are dead.  We'd like to hear what the two of you have to say about what happened, not what you agree with that the OP has stated.

Additionally, @Synergy and @King Wizard, please identify which of you spoke in the video at timestamps: 1:07, 1:23, and 2:41.

If you do not provide these POVs from your perspectives, in your own words, and identify who spoke at the timestamps listed above, the both of you will remain banned regardless of the actual outcome of this report until you provide both of these things.

I met these two guys at Lopatino, they were extremely nice people, had a thick Russian accent and offered me food and the other was German. My friend and I headed North from there and saw them also running North in front of use, we were waiting at vavilovo for a couple of minutes when were heard gunshots at sinystok. We both went to investigate, turns out that there was a pile of zombies in front of the market and two people eating food right next to it. I fired a mosin shot from the street next to them (just for banter). Then me and my friend began to run up the street when we hear returning fire from the window. We saw this as a sign of engagement so we decided to stay and fight. We both closed in on the market and that's when Wizard began giving demands to come out with their hands up, they didn't seem to comply. I remember them saying "Do you know who the fuck we are? we are in Kamichi", some irrelevant group seems like. After that we figured they weren't going to come out, so we further decided to kill them. That's when you see his friend drop like a sack of potatoes at about 2:56. After that we proceeded to open the door and eliminate the last person. At the end we looted their bodies and got held up by the S-Gru/Russian Federation

So i met up with my friend Synergy at Vavilovo, i proceed to give him the mosin and tarde so items, that i got from looting. After we finished exchanging items we set out to head north, and we saw them in the field to our right. Couple minutes pass and we hear gunshots in sinystok. We both run to place and see whats up, synergy see's them in a store and fires a shot near them. Then we begin to run up and see if they are all right if they possibly need anything. Then we hear shots from the window at us. We thought they were trying to kill us. So we went around the building to the back asked them to come out with their hands up. They didnt comply, and they said things like "do you know who the fuck we are? we are kaminichi' I dont know some group like that. We waited a little more as the guy in the store continuing yapping. Synergy kills his freind in the front. Then i push the back and they die. We start looting their bodies and then i think S-gru/Russian federation come and hold us up for a bit.
