Item Store Items not Spawning

Hey there I have a little problem here.

I thought I give the item store a try and get myself a few small things for my outfit. When I tried spawning them in today I followed the guide of making sure my character was in for at least 5 minutes before spawning in said items. I also relogged and looked around the place if they spawned somewhere else but couldent find anything. In my inventory on the website they are on a 12 hour cooldown now and I just would like to check if I did something wrong.

Can you be more specific on the item you were trying to spawn?
Did you also make sure you had room in your inventory? When your inventory is full it will not spawn.

Could you give me some more information about said items that you're trying to spawn in? Obviously we would all like this to work instantly because at the end you did pay for it! I'm aware of the following 'bugs' that have occured to me and other members of the

1. Spawning inside a house
2. Spawning when you have something in your hands and no room in your inventory

I'd like some more information before we can move onto troubleshooting!

I tried to spawn in a shemagh, a military sweater and a jeans with kneepads.
My character was inside a house with an almost fully empty hunting bag and nothing in his hands.
Though after rereading the guid I beliefe I have found my error so I am pretty sure this was my fault.

"You must have been online on our server for at least 5 minutes before activating an item."

I read this wrong and believed it meant my character had to have been online for at least 5 minutes after he spawned. I then logged off before spawning my things taking the "must have been" as meaning my character should be offline after having been spawned in for at least 5 minutes to spawn things.

I think that was just an error of me misinterpreting what was written there with my dumb brain.

Usually when you receive that error it'll not trigger the cooldown! So you should be in the clear then!

No I just copied the text out of the rules that I read wrong. ^^'
I dident receive any kind of error message and all of the items on the website I used are still on cooldown for 11 hours.

So I assume you logged off before the items could be spawned for you by the system?

Yeas I pretty much was logged off for when I spawned them in which I am pretty sure now was my mistake.
I dont mind waiting till the timer is up I just wanted to get behind what I did wrong so I whont do it by mistake again next time I try to use them. ^^'

Yeah, I saw in the logs what you did. You're supposed to stay online after activating the items so that they can be added to your inventory. I have reset your item cooldowns, try again.
