Why the verdict is not fair:

The verdict is fair, because I did indeed go into an area that I died at. However, the circumstances that arose and led to me dying are what I believe is not fair. It was my mistake, I suppose, but I feel it was out of my control (as explained below).

Additional statements/comments explaining your point of view:

I was sitting in me and my friend's base in Muratyn, and was about to log off to finish my school work for the day. I do exactly that, but somehow inbetween I didn't fully exit the game, and instead was only sitting in the exit screen. During this time, a zombie spots me through the window of our base and goes all the way around to come and kill me. Meanwhile I, still completely oblivious and without sound (in the top left, you can see that Discord is muted as more proof that I'm completely AFK), get killed by the zombie. I come back around 12 minutes later or so, see that I'm dead and check the footage from my recordings. I see this, and begin running back to the base to log off once again. My body is gone by the time I get there, but that didn't bother me, I just wanted to be able to continue with my friend by logging out. As a result of this, the logs stated that I breached NLR because I went back to the area too soon. However, I don't believe this affected anybody's roleplay, and in fact the only negative part about it was leaving me without my roleplaying outfit. I didn't gain anything but positioning from going back, but I don't believe I should've died in the first place considering I wasn't present to defend myself from the zombie.

What would you like to achieve with this appeal:

A removal of the ban

What could you have done better?:

I will completely avoid any breach of NLR, no matter the circumstances from now on.

To begin with, in the warning message itself we tell you that in this announcement by the community owner himself NLR bans are no longer appealable. Secondly, the rules state and I quote "Server restarts, crashes, game glitches or any other circumstances do not affect these restrictions or time limit." That means no matter how you die, you can not go back to your corpse. You even say it yourself that the ban if valid so I don't see any reason for an appeal. If you have an issue with this ban, message the person who gave it to you and speak with them about it.
