(video/screenshot): Detailed description of the events: I am in my house at the soup kitchen when I hear someone say my name across camp. I kinda ignore it for a moment but I hear it again so I go to check it out. Some wolf pack members have a hostage in one of the house and the hostage (@CapitalistNick) said he came to visit me. He come to see me quite a bit because we were in An Pobal together and are still friends. the soup kitchen is a neutral camp wolf pack has been asked not to torture or attack people inside the area and if they have to, move it outside so the soup kitchen is not attacked again. So I go to help Vito or at least get them out of the camp. I talk to wolf pack and tell them to take it outside the camp, we argue for a bit, then they tell me to come inside. As they open the door Vito walks out and they tell him not to go for a second and they say something along the lines of never mind get out of here. So me and Vito start to walk toward my house. As we are walking some guy, not sure if he is wolf pack or not start to punch Vito and talk shit to him. Believing Vito has been released at this point as they told him to go we try to keep walking. Vito talks back to them I assume because he thought he was free. No one was following him until the random guy started hitting him. Someone just shoots Vito in the leg then I see someone aim right at my head and shoot me dead. I Believe from my POV that this was intentional. After watching @HeartlssHeretic video he raises his gun corrects his aim shots me in the head lowers his gun then aims at Vito and kills Vito. These are two separate movements. The second my body hit the ground people were already all over me to loot my body. The only bit of RP after I was shot was laughing and joking around about killing me. Kinda just plan bad RP and shows they didn't feel bad about it. Yes I did say I was killed and asked @HeartlssHeretic to grab my stuff. When Vito arrives someone asks him "Do you want to donate to the cause?" (I don't remember the exact words but I think that's what was said) Vito replies with "Nah, I'm good." after that Vito was initiated on immediately. So, he was taking hostage then brought inside the house the owners of the soup kitchen lives in. So, Vito explains how they are going to piss off the soup kitchen people since it's against their rules to do this to him on their grounds. So, they rob Vito and started talking shit so Vito talked shit back, then he was stabbed and told to shut up. At that point Vito was more quiet now. Vito was explaining how he was here for Caboose and stuff and then Vito heard Caboose speak so Vito started talking to him. He was explaining to them that they are bringing heat to the kitchen if they keep doing hostilities on their grounds and they have to only do this stuff off grounds of the soup kitchen. After they talk to Caboose for a few then they open the door. So, Vito start walking out one guy says to Vito "Where the fuck are you going" then says "Never mind, just get the fuck out of my sight." So, John and Vito start walking away to his house so he can uncuff Vito then more people start calling Vito names and beating Vito while walking away with Caboose, so Vito calls them doggy humpers, then Vito gets shot in the leg once, then another guy shoots Caboose in the head, then shoots Vito. We were chilling talking when some guy rolls up, someone on radio says that he is either 503 or Russo's guy. @Blisna rolls up and initiates and the 503 guy complies. As we move the hostage the shit talking commences, throwing threats at us that we are breaking soup kitchen rules and how they are not gonna be happy with us, asking who the fuck we are and if we know who he is etc etc. @Blisna off the rip told the guy to shut the fuck up because the kid was shit talking a lot for a hostage. Some more RP ensues, the hostage continues to shit talk and showing attitude here and there, we interrogate and confirm that he is a 503 member, a group that we are at war with and have constantly attacked soup kitchen killing and taking hostages there. This is where @twig comes in and starts demanding that we take the hostage else where and how he is his friend. We start saying he is 503, but OP insists on taking it elsewhere so we agree and the hostage starts heading towards the gate. Some one pulls up and starts swinging at the hostage, I believe he was wolfpack as well but I dont recall his name. This is where hostage begins full on shit talking again, at this point I have had enough of this hostage and his attitude and constant shit talk so I go to shot him in the face, I wiff my shots cause I am a trash player and kill OP on accident. Then I immediately realized I killed the wrong person and shot the hostage after. As you can see in the video I ask if OP is dead, they say yes in which I reply oh my god cause I didn't intend on killing @twig. I understand I am in the wrong but I would like to point out blatant metagaming @HeartlssHeretic's video. You can see in the beginning they are talking to one another in discord about formulating a plan to intervene to get the hostage but neither of them were double micing this in game. Moreover, towards the end of the video when @twig is killed he immediately tells a third friend that he got killed and starts explaining to him what happened and even acknowledges that I meant to shoot the hostage. After, @twig asks @HeartlssHeretic to get his gear, more metagaming ensues as he replies that most of his gear has already been taken. Link to comment

A man in all black with a skull masked approached the camp and i talked to him saying do you want to support the cause because we had a couple members lacking some equipment to fight the evil in livonia and then he went to the main area. one of the lads had told me this man had entered camp with Noah Russo so i instantly told him to put his hands up and started to walk him to the cabins and immediately he started to talk shit so i told him to stop right there. after this i took him to one of the cabins with @Dew and we interrogated him. We had stripped him of weapons and armor and stuff like that and then i tied him up to see if he was hiding anything. While doing this i find a 503 armband on his person. Through out the hold up he talked shit repeatedly. We told him to stop shit talking and he proceeded, getting hurt because of it. I told him to stand in the corner. Then @twig arrived telling us to take it out of the camp so When the door opened he walked out without anyone telling him to. then i said it was fine. we then were escorting him out when he started shit talking again so i shot him in the leg to teach him a stern lesson but @Dew was fed up with his attitude and went to shoot the 503 hostage and killed @twig on accident and then killed the 503 hostage. In the video at legit the last 2 seconds @twig says " they were trying to shoot vito" implying he knew it was an accident. that is all your honor. Link to comment

Everything that was said in our discord was not taken into game, nor acted on. To press for metagaming, in my eyes, is kind of reaching for straws. @Blisna yes @twig says that, but that is BEFORE i reviewed the video evidence where @Dew kills @twig then RE-AIMS his weapon to kill @CapitalistNick. I never once asked you to release him I asked you to move him out of the soup kitchen. As for the double micing I was on the other side of the camp by the front gate you must have been outside my voip as I usually use low or medium for my voip inside soup because there are so many people talking. When I said "I have to go deal with something" that was to someone in camp not @HeartlssHeretic. It was pure OOC I was explaining to someone what happened. Rule 3.6 states clear as day "Using OOC communications like Discord, TeamSpeak or others to transmit or receive information related to in game situations is only allowed when you have a personal radio item in your inventory. As soon as your character loses the ability to speak or use the radio - for example has DIED, is unconscious, has been gagged, is surrendering (F1 or F2 animation), is handcuffed or had your radio item or clothing containing it removed from your inventory - you may not receive or transmit any in game information through OOC communications." Saying you died, and explaining what led to your death is IC information, @HeartlssHeretic telling you that most of your items have been taken is IC information as well. you can keep claiming I am grasping at straws or trying to spin the information, but that does not mean you are right, the facts of the case are stated. I admitted I was in the wrong for accidentally killing you but me pointing out blatant metagaming is not grasping at anything but the fact you were breaking rules. Link to comment

I don't get involved in the situation until he's escorted outside where he's still talking so I smack him once then go about my day. The OP is eventually shot by total accident as he was standing almost directly behind the hostage, which you even hear them acknowledge it was an accident in the video along with them metagaming also. Although even after @twig was killed I never acted on the statement. I ran away to get away from wolf pack. Leaving the area. Taking no action against anyone in soup kitchen. @Inferno also @twig never responded to me after I said that so he probably never heard me say that. Explanation: At the soup kitchen, @CapitalistNick is taken captive by @Dew and some members of wolfpack. Dew's party begins extracting the hostage from the camp to take him elsewhere when he repeatedly talks back to his hostage takers. @twig tries to intervene during the hostage arguing back and is accidentally killed by @Dew in a spray that was intended to be for CapitalistNick. Firstly we will address the invalid kill in this situation. @Dew, we understand that mistakes happen and we're glad you've understood. Simply put, you accidentally killed someone you didn't mean to and had no rights on therefore we will find you guilty of Invalid Kill Roleplayed. Next we will address the cases of metagaming present in @HeartlssHeretic's video. @HeartlssHeretic at around 2:38 of your video you can very distinctly be heard claiming "If they initiate Im' gonna start blasting." Despite you saying this in discord to your allies, you did not state this in game at the same time which is a very clear infraction of the following rule: 3.6 ... While in presence of other players all such communication should also be transmitted in game using "double mic" mechanic. This means transmitting both through in game VOIP and external software simultaneously. Due to you breaking this rule and communicating telepathically with others, we will be finding you guilty of metagaming. @twig we would like to mention to you to exercise caution in the future when speaking in discord after a death. Your actions, whilst not causing any distinct advantage nor being acted upon, could very easily give an unrealistic advantage. You are not to communicate with others when in a state that would render you unable to, such as being dead / unconscious or having your radio removed, as per rule 3.6: Using OOC communications like Discord, TeamSpeak or others to transmit or receive information related to in game situations is only allowed when you have a personal radio item in your inventory. As soon as your character loses the ability to speak or use the radio - for example has died, That said, this metagaming was done purely out of a reaction to suddenly being killed and gave no clear advantage to your allies (as they were already present). Therefore we do not see sufficient metagaming to warrant a punishment. However, in future keep in mind that if your allies had acted on the information you invalidly gave you would have also received a punishment for metagaming as well.
