Modified Weapons DPS?

Player 1

I am curious to know, because I'm doing research, were any of the weapons modified in any way when it comes to the damage they make on players? Was the ammo changed? Because from what I have read on the Wiki, an M4 has the same "damage per shot" as an AKM & AK-74/u. By that logic, all assault rifles are the same. Unless DPS is determined by ammo and not the rifle. Appreciate the time y'all. I may have more questions, but I doubt it.

Reply: Oh sweet! In that case, back to research. Thanks Roland!

Reply to Ducky: Yes, I looked into that. And if none of the vanilla ammo or weapons were modified from vanilla settings, my conclusion (based on the wiki) all assault rifles ammo do the same damage. 5.56 NATO, 7.62x39, & 5.45x39. Thanks for the assurance Ducky. Much appreciated.

No, we have not modified any damage of vanilla weapons. Only renamed them to the real names and changed descriptions.

DPS is determined by the round not the rifle, the rifle does affect muzzle velocity and bullet trajectory, but overall it's the actual bullet itself that matters and not so much the gun.
