2.3 Question.

Imagine there are 3 groups. 

Group A = Hostile Group

Group B = Hero Group

Group C = A Charity

Group A Lives separately from other groups.

Where as Group B and Group C basically live together.

Group A and Group B are at war and attack each other regularly.

Group A attacks Group B where they live, That ends up to be Group C's base.

Would Group C have any claim to 2.3? from the constant back and fourth attacks from A&B

No, since they can just move out and separate from group B to avoid the attacks.
