**A man with a husky Chernarussian Accent would speak down the microphone to anybody listening, after the introduction melody that would be playing for a few minutes**

"My friends, My Comrades. I'm sending this message as far and wide as I can. We are the community of the Red Star, and we are looking to help clear Livonia of the infected. We do not seek conflict with any person, nor group. If you're out there to just mindlessly kill and steal, you have deep routed issues, why would anyone want to steal and pillage in times like these? Are we not better than that? Have we not evolved from the times of the caveman?" *He heaves a sigh* "If you are a civilised person that shares the same passion for unification as we do, stop by the Gliniska Military Complex when you can. We will spare food and water to those in need. We will take necessary action to defend ourselves and our interests. We DO NOT negotiate with terrorists. A sanctuary for the defenceless, freedom for the damned."...zzt...  "Regardless of your political opinion, your backgrounds, your views, do you not see we must work together to overcome this terrible fate? How many people have died due to our own Barbary?"... "I urge you please, join us for a better future." *The transmission would be repeated every thirty minutes*

A fuzzy connection intrudes the feed, given the strange beep, some tech is used to strengthen the transmitted message.

"You don't sound Russian, but your name sure does. If I remember right, you are known in Chernarussia. 

"Chedaki", as Chernarussians call you, Red Army supporters? I may be wrong. But I will be a good host and bid you, welcome to Livonia, welcome to my home. My name is Antoni Nuwak, First Battalion Reconnaissance, Livonian Defense Force. 

You are welcome to stay, but with shared common enemy and respect for being in someone's home, I ask you nicely to keep Pro-Russia propaganda away from the citizens of Livonia, especially in Nadbor Region. 

I will mark that base as temporary base for your men, should you need anything, ask, I will listen and try to work something out. 

Welcome, once again, to the fight."

 

The message suddenly fuzzes at the end, as if whatever connected them weakened. 

[Nonplayer]

*Juri hears the transmission, chuckles and presses down the "PTT" button*

*A man with a polish accent can be heard over the radio*

"Hello man of the Red Star. First of all I am very surprised how you made this huge journey all the way from Chernarussia. Secondly why would you come here in the first place to "clean Livonia of Infected"? Thirdly you mention you don't negotiate with terrorists while being a terrorist organization itself, causing a deadly civilwar in the green sea region? I have read a book called The Red Claw which exposes you're crimes done to Chernarussian people.

To anyone who's listening to this broadcast do not trust these men, they are communist terrorists from south east part of Europe. They are even worse than people who affiliate themselves with Russian Federation and its military. They will rob you, take your guns and heck probably leave you naked and take your clothing. If anyone stumble across a book with a brown cover and a red star on it, it is a book called The Red Claw which describes the horrors that they have committed. Stay save out there and don't get tricked by people like that."

*Juri releases the "PTT" button and continues on his journey."

"Last time you guys even showed any signs of existence it was in code, what changed chief ?"

"My friends, I think you may have me confused with another group or organisation... I am just a simple man, part of a small group freshly settled in Poland. We have made the long distance journey from the black sea all the way to Nadbor, Poland... Whatever your past experiences in Chernarus with the so-called 'Communist Terrorists', I assure you it is time to put them to rest."  ...Tsskzt... "It is time to put down our petty rivalries, and band together as human beings, work for a greater cause, for eachother. People are not our enemies. Normal, average people are not our enemies. Hostile elements will not be tolerated. We are defensive. We are united. We are free."  ...Tskkzt... "We arn't your enemy. We are affiliated with humanity and nothing else. We do not care for your political standpoint, fascist, communist - fuck that. We are here to help you." 

** The man sighs for a moment, before turning off the radio.**

"You say fuck that, when Russian dogs tread my land and used my people as toys, I feel sad for Chernarus for being under oppression. 

 

Here is how things change, comrade. In this land, we do not fly the Russian flag, this land, you wave the Livonia Flag, the Stag, not a star. 

If you wish to settle differences, you will do best to keep your land pride home, in here, in Livonia, we treat men for their deeds. They took my eye out because I refused to work with them, if you want to work with us, best to be on your toes. 

We will meet, you and me, eye to eye and talk this like men. Remember, the Wolves are watching your moves."

** The man sighs upon hearing the reply, as he turns on the radio, not bothering with an introduction melody this time. **

 

"If you're so inclined to know - myself - I am NOT Russian. I am Chernarussian. I have nothing against the people of Livonia or Poland. People who take eyes for refusal of work deserve nothing less than a bullet. And if I ever hear of such actions within my community, I will be the one to deliver that bullet. Let me say to you this, we meet up - no need for violence. i Will have my security, as you will yours. But I do not want a single shot to be fired in either direction. We will not fire first."

** The man turns off the radio. **

*Juri once again hears the transmission and presses down the "PTT" button.*

*A man with a polish accent can be heard once again over the radio*

"You say you're not russian, but you're legacy in green sea region makes you a man worse than russian warmongers. You and you're red star had caused great pain in the great and recent past, what guarantees that it will not happened again? We got rid of bolsheviks in 1991 and we will get rid of them again! Stay strong Livonian brothers!

*the frequency comes to life with a short transmission from a tired voice. The quality of transmission is overall pretty poor*

While travelling it's easy to cross borders without noticing, mix up places you're in etc. I'm not sure about the origin of the transmission, but you're refering to Nadbór and Poland. I'm making this transmission from Nadbór Region, Livonia. Poland is more to the west. You go west as long as people use the same language as we. If you're reach signs in German, you've went to far. But maybe I misunderstood you, who knows. If you need a guide around the re..."
