Detailed description of the events: We rock up to the soup kitchen to initiate on the compound and get some slaves to work for us. Everyone complied and after stripping them off of their weapons we begin moving the hostages away from the soup kitchen back towards the prison. We had a couple of people close to the hostages and some further away providing overwatch. After some time the server restarts, at this point in time the hostages were in the field just south of Grabin. The people who were close to the hostages got some bad luck and ended up in the back of the queue and had to wait an extra 1-2 min to get back in. One of the hostages took advantage of the restart and started sprinting off as soon as he got in, i spotted him but was too far away and too heavily geared to catch up with the hostage. I took some shots at him and i am fairly certain that i hit him once. I tried to chase him for a bit but decided to return as there was no way to catch up with him. The rest of the group continued the hostage situation with the other 8 hostages or so. I took my leave and waited in a house for my timer to run out as it was quite late and i had to get up early the next morning.

I believe the suspect that @Husky. is referring to is @burRP (I think ign was Kenny?) but the dude was apparently shot while running away so logs should show. 
 

my POV: went to soup kitchen and initiated for the 503 and everyone complied. After getting everything situated I take them out of town. One pulls a Gun on me so I kill him. We continue on our way when the server restarts (not crash) loading back in I hear that one of the slaves is 300-400 meters away from us (I’m still not loaded in even and neither is most of the people there) clearly took advantage of the server restart to gain an advantage on us and run away. 
 

like said before apparently one of the 503 guys hit him so that should show on logs and also connection logs crossed with position  Logs show show clearly. I do not have video evidence of what is being reported.

The man that ran was a soup kitchen member we piled everyone in a circle when the server restarted and waited for it to blow over a guy gets perms to log but then some other decides to fully run of whilst most of us are still stuck in a queue shame tbh as I think it was our first slave master but gmak killed the role.

i waited for opponent to log in before i made my great escape. 

he did hit me, i had no bandages, i sprinted to the clinic, bandaged up.

 i was one of the people that were initiated on, the lovely boys of 5.0.3 needed some slave labor done as the server had been wiped recently as you all know, and not gonna lie if you need quick fast slave labor then the soup kitchen is a badass idea to keep hostage for a while till the 'work' is done. Anyway back on track, after running for a while along the train tracks we take a quick detour due to infected i believe and inevitably we end up in the middle of the field to "rest" as a "storm" was coming. we all sit down and the server restarts, after a few connectivity failures (not sure if just my end or everybody's) i load in and we're missing a few... and i say a few because im positive there was 1 or 2 other people who either didn't log back on, or something. logs should be able to prove however i may be mistaken.

I have video evidence of just about 30 seconds after the server reset of me trying to load in, then i think Mason doing a head count. i then proceed to give everyone tetra as clearly everyone has the clap for some reason then we proceed to the prison.. where we all do a bit of slave labor.

To comment, I don’t recall who all exactly but we were granting perms to log to the slaves that asked... @Inferno all of which should be shown in chat logs. So if you see the people that connected and disconnected shortly after restart that explains it if you look at everybody in logs (as is not shown I assume this might be irrelevant but worth noting if logs for everyone is pulled)

pov -  get initiated on by 503 female, taken hostage, punched, then we walk, i have to count 100 for some reason?, we walk through a field with hands up, all us slaves, server dies, i log in (joe collins logs in before me), im stood there for at least 4 minutes, i can see 503 members, i say "ready, go", like a challenge, i run away right in front of like 2 slaves and a 503 member, i didnt log in intending to run, i just didnt want to spend my next 2 hours cutting logs because someone else wants a base, i only do that for falk. So after i got bored of standing in the field receiving my great hostile RP. I RUN. Did i break a rule? possibly. DId i mean to? no. did i log in and sprint straight away? no. Did i give the 503 member i fair chance to see me set of running and shoot me? yes, as i was shot about 5 seconds after running.

P,s - I'd rather not be banned this weekend, so if the mods could take my clean record into account and maybe give me a warning that would be reyt good. 

P,s,s - Joe collins logged in for a whole 3 minutes before i was shot, i did not have a 3 minute head start, it was about 3 seconds, until he realised i was running to be fair, we had both logged in for at least 3-4 minutes before i started running. I dont know if he was looking at me but i was sure looking at him, for ages

@Husky. You both show as having connected for what appears to be 2 full minutes at least before you shot the OP, and you are shown as having connected around 30 seconds before the OP, which should have placed you ahead of him in the queue. We are aware there can be a time limit before players actually join the server based on other factors.

 

Are you sure that he started running before you logged in?

@Rover Not before i logged in, but before his direct 'guards' logged in. I was a fair distance away from the hostages, and believed them to be on the road in town. After i heard noone was with them as they were in queue i started running towards Grabin and spotted 2 people in the field, i quickly noticed they were the hostages and then saw accused running a bit to their right(east) after confirming over the radio that he was for sure one of the hostages i took shots at him. And even at that point i was 170 meters away from him. Had the people who had been directly involved in escorting them been online then there would have been no way for him to escape right there. Where as i was mostly looking out behind us for a potential rescue party because i had seen people run from soup kitchen towards the an pobal base after the initiation.

We were stood closer than you make out, position logs show that, I ran for a good few seconds, and you missed at least 7 shots, in which I gained more distance, so 170m is probably more like 100m taking into account missing shots.

I'm going to assume you knew that there were other members guarding you in your immediate vicinity; Why did you feel it was fair to take advantage of them relogging to run away when the closest 'guard' to you was nearly 100 meters away, not one of those directly supervising you?

I was told to stay at the back of the group and count to 100 just before the restart, and I did, I logged in, waited, spoke to the other slaves, took my surroundings Into account, and acted in the moment. I saw the OP’s character and thought he saw the three of us slaves standing still, so I run. The fact that other people were relogging didn’t cross my mind, but If no aggressors were present I would not of ran, out of fear of a certain aogm report
