cant whitelist

every time i get to the part to link my steam profile it always says error. ive even went and double checked to make sure my account was on public

Hey there Randy,

Make sure that your privacy setting on Steam set to public and that the box that reads; "Always keep my total playtime private even id users can see my game details" is un-ticked.
