I really like the look of this! Looks like a proper military camp. The tents lined up makes it look very nice. Props!

really well designed. Its realistic to a  military group, no stupid / random pub or chapel buildings. Nice design and layout. Not overly large, but correctly spaced and things like briefing room are a nice touch. This and the joyce camp are the two best designed settlements that have been proposed (in my professional ‘architect’ opinion ? )

Tbh it looks good and fits in,

BUT

Like rolle said that back entrance is a joke you’ll have that fenced up within a second of it being added.
I would saying no the walls and everything are a bit much but your a mil group so it makes sense to have them type of walls.
Other then that it looks really well done.

I also really like the fact you have put it for the rest of the community to talk about rather then just the council

Really thankful for the kind words! That back entrance @neom im not really sure if I should call it a entrance, it was put there as a third way to breach our prefab; ill give it a quick edit when im home

The base looks really interesting, although some of the tents seem to be floating, which I would like to see fixed. The 'back-entrance' is also way too small and I'd suggest making a back entrance near the cargo-hold area, have it be the entrance that the trucks take to drop off cargo or something like that.

The rest looks good, although I'd like to see some more damage, foliage and trash laying about, as the whole place feels a bit too clean for my liking. I do understand that this is a military group and that all of you probably take good care of the place, but for it being 3 years into the apocalypse there's bound to be some damage and filth laying about.

Reminds me of the NCR camp in fallout new vegas, some good military vibes. ?

It looks good but I feel with how big it is your missing out on the opportunity for a lot of detail due to your high count already due to the sheer size of it. Thats my opinion.

What would you like to see added?

More crates, ammo boxes, etc. Those kind of things that actually make the base feel alive instead of just the tents. A good example of what Im talking about is the small camps at Balota airfield.

I like this as is and think it looks legit as a old Nato/LDF base but i do have one thing coming to mind: Its too big and its resulted in a lack of detail in general.

Your briefing room that is most likely gonna be used day to day, consists of 5 different assets copy and pasted a few times. In the courtyard are 10 tents. I guarantee on a day to day your group is never gonna use more than two of those tents. So with that in mind i suggest you trim those down and even reduce the compound size as a whole. Using what is left of your item cap to add some attention to detail.

In short i like it. But it feels very vacant to look at in the screenshots. So imo Smaller area more attention to detail, with a focus on what your group is gonna use daily. Which in my experience will be the briefing room followed by the firing range, the rest will sit there doing nothing 98% of the time. Cut the fat.

Also activate your Windows ?

Makes sense lore wise, looks clean and can be easily attacked or defended depending on strategy used I’d give it a thumbs up.

The only improvement as some others I discussed this with would be make it look a bit more run down to fit in with the area anyway good luck @Marik and co

I'll look into littering the base with maybe two or three objects more! I won't be able to make it more run down sadly; or cut down the size but some littering will for sure be possible.
