Detailed description of the events: 

I was sitting in a car park in my Ford Transit Connect eating my lunch, at that moment an idea popped into my head. I discovered a niche in the market. I thought, wouldn't it be a great idea to keep people updated on report wars and warning points, which is the forbidden fruit of the forums. In my excitement of such an idea, I foolish spoke about my entrepreneurial idea to a corrupt sweedish man who I believe his name is @Roland which may by an alias for something else. Logs will show. He took my un-copyrighted idea and produced it almost effectively immediately. It has added a great feature to the forums, in my excitement of viewing it, I sat and watched the text roll by my eye's on the homepage, I waited for hours, hundreds of cycle's until I saw 'Credit to Shepherd for the idea' at the end of the text.. but I waited... and waited.. and waited. It never appeared. I feel hard done by that a corrupt sweedish man has stolen my idea without initiating or crediting me and is now sitting reeling in the profits of this fruitful idea. 

I would like to issue an R4 on this whitename.

Roland POV: Was just rolling in my tank on Discord when some caucasian name said something about an idea for the website. I immediately initiated idea takeover from the other channel, and since he didn't reply I took ownership of the idea and instantly dropped him. I didn't know messages do not transfer between channels it's not even stated in the rules so you can't ban me. Afterwards I implemented the idea and now he's salty. I would like to remind staff team that seven and a half years ago in another report there was a similar situation and the person was found not guilty so I too must be. I would also like to counter report for lying in report about ford transits color which is completely irrelevant to this case. I will only reply to staff when requested or whenever I feel like it.

I had a video but the one on my drive got corrupt and I deleted the one on YouTube to save space.

SUMMARY: 

@Ryan Shepherd was innocently sitting in his Ford Transit Connect when he had an idea for a rolling banner on the top of the home screen of DayZRP. Very excited to share his idea, he immediately informed @Roland in discord. @Roland then used this idea and implemented the rolling banner on the home page with names and reports ticking along. @Ryan Shepherd then sat and watched, excited to see the credit for his idea at the end of the banner. When this credit never came, @Ryan Shepherd was deeply saddened and couldn't even enjoy the rest of his raw potato (An irish delicacy for you uncultured swine)

The staff team do not condone this behaviour in the slightest and are deeply disappointed that such a long standing member of the DayZRP community would commit such a heinous crime. I'd like to point out our reports are viewed on a case by case basis and that report you refer to 7 years ago doesn't count because we've changed our minds 18 times since then because the guy who pops up now and then to tell us what to do said so and we can't argue or he will have us sent to the basement with the loremasters and devs and it smells down there.

After re-reading the report and taking into account the fact that @Ryan Shepherd drives cranes, the staff team comes to the conclusion to change the original verdict.

A crane operator is a person that operates a machine such as a crane. The term crane operator is common in Belgium for this. In Ireland, a crane operator is also referred to as the 'Ryan Shepherd' of an excavator. The hand and arm signals that can be given to a crane operator from the ground are standardized and laid down in the European directive 92/58 / EEC. Modern crane operators are no longer in the cabin of the crane, but can control the crane from the ground remotely. One of the best-known (former) crane operators in Ireland (at least that was how he was introduced by GMAK) is 'Ryan Shepherd'.

Due to the fact that @Ryan Shepherd drives crane, the punishment will be changed accordingly.
