Remove the sniper spasms if you can.

Simple suggestion if possible then the sniper spasms you get when aiming down sights should be removed or lowered.
How is this realistic?

Are you talking about the sway? I haven't noticed any "spasms."

I think the sway is realistic, I'm sure it would be different if you were at a relaxed state instead of running through the woods.

There is holding your breath too.

My aim sucks so I say leave it. I get more lucky shots with it anyway.

Wasn't running just jogged for a few seconds then crouched and stood up if that's realistic then all guns should have this old mechanic instead of just the snipers.

Just hold Ctrl to hold your breath, the more stamina you have the longer you can hold it.

 

As for the sway, all guns actually have this sway, but the longer your optic is the more "Apparent" it seems
