Would it be possible to be whitelisted on 2 steam accounts?

Pretty much as it says.

My old account (the one that is whitelisted is locked and I can do no more than just play the games I already have on it)

I have another account and have recently re-purchased DayZ and the Livonia DLC but I am not whitelisted on it obviously.

so I'm just asking would it be possible to be whitelisted on my newer account?

I believe you are only allowed 1 steam account linked to your dayzrp account i'm afraid. If you want to get it changed it's best to open up a support ticket with the admins wherein they will likely have you link all steam accounts you own etc. (This is so we know people aren't sharing accounts etc. as only one account per person.)

Usually staff won't let you change accounts. @Vic  had an issue with his steam account payments which prevented him from buying the new dlc even though his normal dayz account was fine. He asked to buy it on a new account and have the rights transferred and was apparently told it was his problem. Good luck!
