Permabanned person not showing up as permd

Hi just wanted to notify that if you hover over a permabanned person it will show up as if they are not permd (aka showing their rank instead of "banned")

Is it supposed to be like this or is this wrong? 

Example:

When hovering over @ImNovaaa it shows:
