S1: Poor RP and random murder - 2020/FEB/11 18:02 server time

Detailed description of the events: 

Me and @vurre (Jonas) just spawned in and saw a player roaming about, some zombies were agro so we killed them.

The player (henceforth: P1) approached us by the house we spawned in which we left. Me, Vurre and P1 were outside. Suddenly another player appeared which P1 refered to as "Red". Poor RP began where P1 talked about being a bush wookie, proning and standing up and just talking random stuff. Then suddenly while i was standing on the road looking for zombies as the 3 talked. P1, Red and Vurre about an amusement park close by I hear "hands up", I turn around wondering if somebody else approached us, then the black screen with "You're dead" appeared.

Side note: We were pretty geared compared to those 2 which i assume randomly decided to kill us, I with the only one with the weapon drawn since i was scouting for zombies. Absolutely no fearRP if you ask me and just random at all. The RP was non existent.

Made this report because it just felt wrong, don't really care about the items at all.

Did indeed find this RP to be poor as we didnt have time to interact nor engage fearRP or be aware that a robbery was going on as i died just a few seconds of taking a few steps to assess the situation we got in. Heard something about a robbery and had no time to be told it was me nor Andrew being robbed as when i heard it he had already been shot at and killed and so had i.

Luci POV: its a pretty short story really we looted around novaya petrovka where we were looking for a radiator to fix our car on our journey we see the the OP and his friend where we have some idle chit chat where me and @Atrix17 decide to initiate one decides non comply and the other pulls his gun and so i open fire, getting ghost bullets so he runs and i shoot him while running away when i specifically said to put his hands up that's really where the situation end

Riggs's POV:
@Leik and myself decide to head down to Novaya Petrovka to loot for a car radiator. I was looting at the nearby circus when I heard shots from an M4. @Leik heard them as well, so we decided to engage in some hostile role play. We approach them and start with some little chit chat. @Leik throws out an initiation, so I do aswell. I saw the man in the grass point his gun so I shot and killed him. @Leik was still trying to get the straggling non compliant when I came up and helped him out.

I feel this report is completely invalid, me and @Leik drop initiations and they decided to not comply. Simple as that. They killed any and all possibility for any hostile role play.

Here is the video. I had to edit it down to a smaller and less quality image because my internet was dying while uploading so I decided to make the file smaller so I could upload it faster as it took about 10 minutes for a 3 minute video. Didn't want to risk a temp ban for not posting a POV. Sorry for the aspect ratio of the video. Have an old monitor.

Firstly, I'd like to ask if @Leik, @Plankt0n, or @Vurre have any video evidence, and if so, please upload it.

Additionally, @Leik, can you please describe how @Vurre went noncompliant and why it lead you to shoot him?

I'd also like to add something.
The OP says that we say something about a carnival (Timestamp 1:15)
He claims he was initiated on moments after we were talking about the carnival but the initiation drops at 3:28.
He also claims that he was turning around to see if anyone new approached.
This obviously isn't true because he clearly aims his weapon towards @Leik and even fires a shot.
I'd like to call out lying in a report.

EDIT: It must have been a glitch in the video or my frames just dropping, strange. I just went back into the original video and looked back and its still there. Can hop into help desk and share screens if need be

Hi, the whole scenario from us spawning and being dead happen very quickly, I told my side based on what I could remember. I have no reason nor intended to fabricate a story. After the incident me and vurre discussed that we need to sort out a video recording software so we in the future could asses possible aftermath of something like this should happen again. I hope you understand that we have nothing personal at all against you and your comrade. 

I watched the video and it looks fine to me, once again stressing the fact that I need to start recording myself. Only thing I could point out is close to the 1:50 ish mark where you communicated about taking us out without using double mic? I guess through discord or ts. Had it been said I guess the outcome could have been different 

Anyway. The reason for the report was because it felt wrong and I just wanted to have the incident reviewed. You learn something new everyday.

Hi @Rover! I think that would be the case if possible. @Atrix17 asked me to talk it out on discord which I think is the way to go if needed. Just to clear the air and make sure we are all on good terms ooc!

@Plankt0n if you ever in the future want to discuss a situation prior to reporting, we'd encourage you to head to our Discord Helpdesk, where we can pull logs and quickly put you in touch with people you've had hostilities with in-game. Additionally, we want to warn you to be sure of the accusations you are making in the future; while we understand that in the heat of the moment you can think things played out differently then they actually did, there are some fairly glaring differences in the provided video from your accounting. Namely that in your POV you stated you turned around and died immediately, yet in the video you clearly are aiming your rifle and even fire a shot back.

@Leik You can be seen around 1:50 unmuting discord and communicating, and while you are very close to Atrix17 in game it does not appear either he, or @Vurre caught what you are saying, and you appear to be well within whisper range. You have may have been found guilty of metagaming had this report gone to its conclusion.
