Detailed description of the events: After a Big herd of blue armbands show up at sitnik they try to pressure me to open the gates. I lie and tell them callahan changed the codes before he went on his fishing trip. They then proceed to run to the east end of the compound and try to jump over the wall. I give them multiple warnings and i tell them at least 5-6 times to stop(only got some in the video) I see them all leave and then i proceed back to the front gate again where i ask where everyone went. I then spot one of them inside and 2 more appear. I told them i warned them multiple times not to climb inside and yet they did. so i throw out an initiation and it ends in a massive gunfight. 

In the end i end up telling them over 15+  times to stop trying to jump over and they still proceed to jump over forcing me to retaliate.

Ryan Rivers POV:

I was at soup kitchen with some other members and while we there we heard on our radio that there was a large group coming to sitnik and soup kitchen. Being the good samaritan I am, I warn the folk only to be immediately turned around as this large group heads into sitnik. I arrive at the compound and wait about 5-10 minutes or so. After some time passed, I hear people by the PD speaking and could hear them jumping. I heard one of them say to keep the "stair-case" in tact (meaning the human stair case they had formed). They were told numerous times to stop trying to boost over the walls and something along the lines of "What are you going to do about it?" I was near some sandbags near the wall and watched them try to boost over. @JobScholten I believe I was shot twice, once I was at yellow  and was able to recover (I think I was at yellow and recovered) and then I was at Blinking red health from getting shot a couple times by a man 10 or so meters away from me.

Filomena Hendrix POV:

Basically I drove to get Alex and pick him up. When driving back, we see a VERY large group on the road into the town of Sitnik. I skirt and warn the others on the radio. I go to pick up Ryan from the Soup Kitchen and warn everyone. I get told on the radio that there are blue armbands that are either Gambino's or 503. I drop off the lads until someone begins talking and I, for safety reasons, leave the town. They are asking about me. Kirby lies to them and basically they believe it. They disappear for a bit where I warn to open the gates where I drive in to avoid being taken as I know either:

Gambino's are trying to find Filomena as we killed Mickey infront of Nathan (the irish lad).

Ben had been perceived to threaten Filomena on the radio, she knows he has affiliations with them.

She hides out but the only true safety she has was her home. She hides there. Over the time, I hear Kirby more than ten times say for people not to jump over the fence, but it got to a point where anything he said was ignored. Especially since we have IC hostilities to not let bright blue armbands into our compound. 

It gets to a point they jump over the fence and I hear Kirby initiate, gunfire and trapped. I roleplay with Benjamin for a bit whilst the fight happens. After a while, people seemed to just keep coming to the compound to initiate. I had been talking to Noah (ImMason) about meeting half and half about the whole attacking us. But we were unable to get anywhere as Mason can confirm that someone randomly ran up and initiated which cut the whole RP short.

I had got permission to log by both groups, which I have screenshots to provide if you want them.

 

In the rules it states:

4.7 You are not allowed to bait other players. Baiting is the act of provoking, insulting or acting in an offensive manner unsuitable to the roleplay situation at hand, with the aim of getting the other party to initiate on you.

The fact Kirby had to go on and on about not jumping the compound on multiple occasions for people to still jump into the compound is pure definition of baiting.

POV : I was walking up to the front of the Compound with some lads, we started to conversate with the gate operator asking for entrance. Entrance was denied so i just went shucks and started to walk around the front end of the compound. Soon after my denial for the 213th time to get into the wonderful community. People started to just straight jump in. They were told to please stop trying to jump in and when they got into the compound after some brazy monkey business. Instead of using the rights that the people of the community had, they decided to initiate on some lads on the inside. One of the lads being a 503 member i started to get into a nice position to assassinate the individuals that have attacked my lads with the defenders rights that i gained from them being told "put your hands up, both of the hands." As well as them saying no only these 503 bois here, implying me, yes the 503 boi. Thats my POV but i would like to add that during the events of people trying to jump in. Im pretty sure that if you were to say this is my house please stop trying to get into my house. Pretty sure you can just glack the kid. As well in the video they are contemplating if they are able to kill people if they just jump in, being aware that there is defenders rights to gain. But you know im just a member of this beautiful community and thats the decision of the staff. Thanks for reading and enjoy your Weekend. To add i dont have any video evidence.

POV: 

So I came after the accused baiting situation. Kirby had radioed me when I was down at the Soup Kitchen that they have Ben, so we went up to go get him. I said my own initiation to gain my own rights, not use defenders rights from them initiating previously (so if the defense rights for 503 are determined as invalid because the situation gets determined as baiting, just know any kills or hits I got came AFTER my own initiation.). Eventually Ben came out, & Noah was pretending to be friendly in order to gain their trust. Noah had drawn out the man in the purple fedora who was hunting for me, so I could shoot him. In which I did. After a what felt like 20 times of loosing connection (there was a huge thunderstorm in Orlando last night, if you're questioning my many disconnects and reconnects) I eventually made my way into a building, saw one of An Pobal near the front gate so I shot him. The beast tanked the shot like a real G, we then got into a discord call & agreed this was taking super long and they had been fighting for hours now so we gave each other perms to log. & That was that.

Riggs's POV:
Some boys, the 503 and I decided to pay a visit to Sitnik after visiting the Soup Kitchen for some quality RP. When we got to Sitnik the OP was refusing to let us in, so we decided to try and find a way in. We went to the side of the compound to the PD. From there we tried to boost in. After being prompted by @God to stop, we moved over towards the front gate and started to boost over the gate. @God told the boys to stop I heard an initiation from @God shorty followed with some gun shots. Saw 1 man drop dead on the roof. Than the remaining man complied till he dropped off the roof and retaliated. Also... Just food for thought. We knew the risk we were taking by jumping into an occupied base. They would gain kill rights on us, and we wouldn't unless we initiated. They were not forced to initiate, which I believe is the rule for baiting.. As in baiting is the act of FORCING someone to initiate. An Pobal gains rights on anyone trying to enter their base without permission, no initiation is needed.

EDIT:
A while after the fight died down the remaining decided to save @Krullix as he was still hostage. Shortly after arriving and crashing numerous times I re-initiated to gain rights. Shortly after I rotated to double brown house, peeked and was shot and killed by @Dongle.

I was there last night, didn’t really do much but try to boost into the base. I was given multiple warnings at first, eventually backing down as the situation evolved to be very provocative and baity (you can see me in the video pause when I said something very bait-like without thinking, not my intention at all), which made me back down and leave so it wouldn't turn into the situation seen here. I had an opportunity to just hop in right in front of the guy, but I didn’t

Later, somebody found another way inside while the one person we saw inside and talking couldn’t see us, other people in my dynamic distracting him. I manage to make it inside with two others, when we’re suddenly spotted and initiated on. I comply at first and then realize there’s other people shooting into the compound, to which I see an opportunity to potentially escape. I’m given orders to drop down by my captor, where I end up not complying, hoping the guy behind me joins in. I get cornered by two guys, fighting them off and eventually die from a sniper round. I didn’t have any intentions of baiting an initiation and would've done it myself once in a proper position inside the compound, which I lacked, if anything, I tried to avoid the other group initiating on me so I could see where everything would go, it's just a shame the guy saw me in such a vulnerable position.

Um hello so I dont really know why I got called into this. The situation they are reporting i was not present for. I do not know what to say for a POV of that situation other than I was running across the map. What happens after the situation to which they are referring to I could shed light but its not really needed for this. I never initiated on anyone other than a dead body and never got initiated on.

Jimmy Cerrone's POV:

After speaking with a few people in the Soup Kitchen, we decided to go towards the Church to see the Irish in Sitnik. Not much information happened on my side, I was pretty much at the front gate listening to the Irish man. I did eventually crash just outside the gate, as shown in the logs, but I quickly got back in. Once I got in, I saw a few of our guys boosting, trying to get in the base. I continued to roam around the area, looking in nearby houses, when I heard "All hands up." I pulled out my gun and tried listening to my radio, which was a ton of noises at the start. I tried peaking to see what was going on inside and to see if anyone was at the watchtower inside the base. I eventually ran towards the Police building side and was shot from there.

Fight breaks out of the blue and I run towards the area from the soup kitchen, a man in full black comes up to me no words exchanged he fires at me I fire back we die.
No video from my side as I wasn't 100% who we where fighting until the fight was over.

We are sitting in base thinking about life when we got a msg from an insider that just recently joined them talking about they are on the way to attack. All of a sudden a group of guys are in the front asking for entrance and they all get denied. They keep asking and asking in till they decided to boost over. By then Kirby had asked them not to jump over the fence multiple times. He then proceeds to tell them put hands up and thats when the shootout begins.

POV:

We are in Sitnik because we got information that some people we are looking for were there, we find them and talk to them and they left, so bored we go up to the Irish and start doing stuff. We ask to get in because we needed water and we knew there was a well inside there, he wont let us in because we were being rowdy i guess and there was a lot of us and "one" of him. I see a bunch of the people i'm with go to the left of the compound, so i follow to go check it out. They found a wall they could stand on top of and are trying to get people on their shoulders to get people inside, me being bored i go ahead and join in. The one guy that was inside told us to stop, didn't really initiate, so we kept trying, then he said stop or else, or something like that. At that point i kinda gave up because even if we did get inside he would probably hold them up while inside. Then some other Irish guy who was on the outside not with them said he found a better way in near a house you can get on. He helps me onto the house along with some others and i help them on, when 3 of us got inside they were held up I think and thats when i just dropped off the roof and put my hands up, As the stuff was going down in there Me, the Irish guy, and someone else were outside with our hands up not really wanting to fight, they told the people outside to piss off multiple times so i just left.

B) almost all the peeps spent a considerable amount of time with 2 streamers in game discussing many things and while there were boys at your gates, you guys strangely seemed to have known everything being said.

Me and the bois went over to Sitnik and decided to jump inside, we jumped inside and got hit with ''Get the fuck outside again'' or whatever he said (This part could count as a fail initiation, just saying) I accidently aimed my gun, got shot at (even though no rights were gained) I retaliated and died.

I honestly am not sure what was happening, I just woke up in the middle of it then all of a sudden I was being protected by some boys. Then two people who kept running up and making threats to the boys in the walls started running away so we were told to chase after them. We ran up the dirt road then a minute later I was killed from someone in the distance. I didn't record or anything, I wish I knew more but like I said I logged on right in the middle of everything.

4.3 You shouldn't use defender or attacker rights in situations where it doesn't make in-character sense as it can be seen as rule play. In other words, obtaining kill rights alone does not give you explicit permission to use them any time you want and in all situations. Think about if using them to kill another character is viable in the current situation considering role play and In Character information. Kill rights gained from any rule breaks (including but not limited to baiting, invalid initiation) are considered invalid and their use will be punished in the same way as if they were not obtained at all.

“I didn’t have any intentions of baiting an initiation and would've done it myself once in a proper position inside the compound” @ImNathan This is exactly why I needed to initiate on you. It is clear that you wanted to get into the base to initiate from the inside giving you an advantage.

Also @Hampze Last night when we were in a discord call the video you showed me was much longer than one minute why are you editing video evidence? Also I did say put your hands up with a gun pointed at you which is a valid initiation and you continued to aim your gun and crouch around which is non-compliance and you were shot and killed for it. When you were in the corner you could have put your hands up but you choose to reload instead of complying.

I log on after the main firefight. I wake up and after a while of chilling in the compound we then get initiated on by one person, a shot is fired from a double story brown building on the north side of the compound @Atrix17, Killing @Nvllsekt(not in logs?). I see him and then shoot @Atrix17 for killing my group member. I see guys running around the north side of the compound then run away.  Then a shot is heard from the forest to the southeast , witch I later find out from @CapitalistNick that he was killed with no initiation?(Found out after situation was over,OOC). After 30 to 45 minutes of no hostilities or any firing at the compound, @God is then shot by @ImNovaaa while we are at the front gate speaking to @ImMason and his buddy.  We both run to cover where @ImMason invites us both to a call were we both get perms to log from @ImNovaaa and just in case we get it from @ImMason. I then log.

@ImNovaaa I am curious where you got your rights to kill @CapitalistNick?

I delited the video right after we was talking becasue it was taking so much space. I had the 1min video because i edited it 1h after i died to show the boys how i died

You knew this report was going up, we talked about it in discord as i was watching your video. I don't see how it can take up so much space on your drive.
