[Livonia] Potentially dangerous individual

Hello! My name is Doctor Williams, id like to issue a warning to the general populace of Livonia. Should you encounter a man going by the name of Jack, typically with no last name, he should be considered potentially dangerous as he suffers from several serious mental conditions, including one which I have not been able to determine which may cause him to lash out violently. He may appear to be outwardly friendly or at least neutral, and while this is genuine, his mental conditions may cause a violent outburst. If you find him, do not attempt to detain him, however do contact me here.

The Corporal yawned as he stirred the coffee he brewed by the fire, reaching out to his radio, he also pulled out his notebook and a pen to write down the details, he enabled the transmission while doing it.

"Good morning, this is Daniel C. of SEC:20, I hear your message and I noted down for my group to research and investigate once they wake up, thank you for the heads up, be safe, Daniel out."

 

He cut the transmission and took a sip of his brew, almost spitting it out, seems it's too hot.

Martin would wake up because of the radio chatter, listen to the radio then reach for the radio and press the PTT

Ok, so a guy named Jack. What kind of stuff could i expect from this man? He’s friendly at first you say, but what will he do afterwards?

 

Also, why do i need o bring him to you? Wouldn’t the world be a better place with him in isolation? Im not saying kill him. Well ok maybe i am, but if i catch him we can meet halfway depending on where you are compared to me.

 

Martin would release the PTT, put the radio down and lay back in bed

*Strolling through the outskirts of Zalesie, he hears the transmission come through on his radio. After listening carefully, he presses the radio's PTT*

"Private Miller, Taskforce 66 Blue Star here. Many thanks for the heads up. Please be advised that in order to aid us in questioning and possibly detain this individual, we will need a detailed description of this man called Jack. We would also appreciate some information regarding is whereabouts or where he was last seen. Over"

As I said, he is generally outwardly friendly, however, he can be unpredictable and might violently lash out. Like most, he typically wears black. He also may be carrying some sort of locket.

*he releases the PTT*

Fae squints at her radio, swinging her legs off the cabin roof as she looks up and scans the small camp with an annoyed expression.

"Not being funny or anything but like 90% of the people in this shithole of a country could be classed as serial killers these days. 
Its not really as scary as it was back in the day, now is it? Everyone has guns and knives and grenades. Blow the fucker up and stop crying about it."

While I appreciate the sentiment miss, there are some who can be treated with something other than a bullet to the brain or grenade at the feet, thank you.

Valery would raise his radio and press his PTT. Exhausted he presses it weakly.

"I have not encountered such an individual. Poor thing though, what a pity. If I come into contact with anyone who matches your description I will make sure to radio back. Maybe he can be helped? What help there is to be had in this wasteland."

The man would release the button and lay back down.
