Detailed description of the events: 

We recognise a guy who took advantage of me being in a prison cell and was punching my weapon on the floor. I made a promise id come back and kill him. so we go up and surround him. and initiate. 4V1 he still decides to aim his gun at me. Clear NVFL.  There was a total of 6-7 5.0.3 in the prison at the time

It has been 17 hours since @BroadyJr was called into this report and they have even been on the forums since then without responding. Now @BroadyJr will be temporarily banned until they respond with their full pov along with any un-edited video evidence they may have.

As @Jim Mcree said, I had a choice of dying in a horrible way or dying with a straight bullet. My character knew this and choose the first way. CJ said he was going to kill me so I made this decision. I also wasn't the only person of KoG in the compound at the time.

KOG is not an official group.  And your so called ally even stated ICLy he’s not KOG. For one. Secondly in the following screenshot I don’t know how you knew there was other people in the prison. When I tried to attempt to talk to you guys about it. You, your self acknowledging that it was 4v1.
secondly there was more than 6-7 5.0.3 and only one other kog member. 2vs a minimum of 6 even if you included that one guy is still NVFL. there was no chance you could of survived that situation. At all. Even with luck on your side. Even if I say I’m going to kill you ICLy, doesn’t give you permission to break NVFL. As if I just outright killed a complying hostage wouldn’t be considered good roleplay. And it’s against the rules.

Explanation:

@BroadyJr, in this situation you are surrounded and initiated on by multiple people with fully automatic rifles. Just before you got initiated on you got told by @C-J that you would not survive this. They surrounded you, all pointing weapons at you. You decide to raise your gun and turn towards @C-J. Getting told that “you are going to die” can be a valid defence in certain cases. In this instance you could have tried pleading or negotiating to stop them from killing you however you did not do this and instead opted to shoot when in an impossible situation.
Looking at rule 3.2 we see the following:

3.2 Your character must behave realistically and appropriately to the different situations you participate in, keeping the current world situation and context of post-apocalyptic world in mind. Do not act in a way that indicates no value for your characters life and survival. For example, attempting to kill people when heavily outnumbered, excessively talking back or insulting someone when taken hostage, or knowingly running into an area of active hostile engagement when not involved in the fight. Characters found guilty of breaking this rule will be permanently marked as dead.

Your actions in this situation are actually listed as a prime example of no value for life. You were heavily outnumbered. You are allowed to not comply when initiated on but you must abide by the rules, including rule 3.2. You do not have any idea what roleplay you could've received from this situation if you decided to comply.

With all of that being said and taking into account, this concludes the explanation of this verdict.
