Why the verdict is not fair: I never tried to kill this guy

Additional statements/comments explaining your point of view: I was given Attempted Invalid Kill... I was wrongly assigned these points for the following reasons:

1. As shown by the hit logs I did a total of 2 points of damage to him. This is based off of distance and shows he was quite far from the initial blast. If I wanted to kill him I would have thrown it at him.

2. I was told over comms that no one was around the grenade other than my target. But after I had thrown it, he decided to return to the area.

3. There are MULTIPLE shots being fired and it is well known that there is an active fight. I am constantly shooting with my shotgun and he is shooting with his M4. 

There is no reason to say that I 'attempted' to kill him because I knew very well he was not the aggressor. I believe it is his OWN fault that he decided to wander around an active fight and try to get closer to my opponent.

What would you like to achieve with this appeal: Removal of points, Unban, Character Unwiped

What could you have done better?: Not thrown a grenade
