Why the verdict is not fair:  These points are not fair because I fail to see how its a UP, Radioing in response to a situation that literally just occurred an hour before the previous response was put up. I do feel like this radio post did indeed add relevant information into the radio chatter. As i was provoked for "hiding" or simply not being around. The radio post its self was designed to let them know that I was partly responsible with the attack on a public level. It was to expose more knowledge over the situation that did happen IC. Openly admitting that I was involved and I was responsible. because from my knowledge there was no surviving hostiles. I had even spoken to the opposition before I was warned. Where he said "Just gave me confirmation about you boys being there :)" There was purpose behind that radio message and wasnt just a mindless radio warrior post.  I can see where my character was harsh.  and yes he was very insulting. I even reference a time they beat me in a fight. I have seen far far worse posts being posted on the radio chatter. I asked the other dude if he wanted me to change it also, but he was completely fine with the post. 

Additional statements/comments explaining your point of view: Man is just playing his character during a time of war. not intended for any malice intent, some harmless shit talking and adding some hidden information in the radio message for the opposition side to gather. 

What would you like to achieve with this appeal: Give me a verbal warning/caution. or just remove the points and put the radio post back up. 

What could you have done better?: Not used so many insults in one radio broadcast. Calmed down a bit.

A separate team of staff has reviewed your appeal and come to the conclusion of acceptance.

Your radio post does consist of a hefty amount of insults and trash talking, however, we can see that the post served as a way of delivering threatening, relevant information alongside those insults.  Hostile intent does not mean unnecessary, and because of the fact that you provided details and pertinent in-character information alongside your threats and insults, we see no reason to leave the original punishment instated.

With that said,
Appeal accepted.  Punishment revoked.
