Hi, is 80 the max amount of server slots? Seems like instead of fighting with eachother on a night like this im fighting the server cap.

To build off what Eagle said, yes 80 slots is the max the server can handle before things start to become very unstable, when Chernarus had to be completely wiped some time ago there was a period where 100 slots were tested and the server was next to unplayable even with a fresh map.

Long time since I heard that the server cap was reached. Apparently everyone wants to play on livonia nowadays.

Due to dayz being dayz it is very hard to sustain a healty server with so many people. 80 people seems to be kind of a sweetspot where you don't get too much lagg and where you get alot of players.
