Spoiler

“Operation: Custodia is a go.”

Chapter 1: The Beginning of the End

This all starts with American Marine troops, which would have taken residence in Elektro where a compound has been set up. CDF troops would be in the compound as well, and CDF means the Chernarus Defense Force, which is the enemy to the Chedaki. They are communist and the CDF plus the Marines are tasked to get rid of them. Lights would be covering the compound and what was surrounding it which almost made it look like something from a movie, but objectives were needed and First Lieutenant Jacob Wilson has just given his team a debrief inside one of the big tents and it was just turning morning. Once debrief was done he told everyone to get ready for tomorrow. The soldiers’ morale was on the high side and people in the compound were quite cheerful, but alert. Jacob would’ve been inside of his tent contacting command. After finishing his conversation with them he would sigh and make his way out of his tent. He himself was geared and ready to go and after walking out he would see his fellow comrades walk up to him. He knew they were ready and so he told them what has happened, and what command wants them to do. His men nodded and saluted him before one of them spoke up. One of Jacob’s good friends, Jake Colemen who was a Lance Corporal, would talk about how they were going to do it and what the plans were. Jacob knew a question like that would come up and would explain it thoroughly giving them all a good idea of what was going to happen. After doing so Jacob made his way out of the compound with his squad of five making their way out of Elektro and farther up north.

Today wasn’t tomorrow like he said, but his men understood what he meant by
“get ready for tomorrow” as in that it was going to take a whole day to get to their objective. The objective of their mission was to raid a small village that has been seen with Chidaki presence.

Chapter 2: Leadership

As soon as they went on their patrol they would never knew what they would come back to, but from what they knew was that Chernarus was quite a scary place now. Chedaki setting up ambushes or their guerrilla fighters posed a serious threat, and them getting the drop on them would be bad news bears. Soon enough they would be setting up camp on a small hill that had forest around them. They would’ve been sitting around a campfire and would feel the waves of heat flow towards them. Jacob however, would be inside of his tent thinking of a way to infiltrate the village. They’ll have to navigate through the Chedaki patrols if there is even any, which if there isn’t means that they might be slacking on manpower. Jacob going through his overwhelming thoughts would sigh. He was confronted with a complicated situation, but he has dealt with them all the time. He should be fine when it came down to it, and once he got comfortable in his chair he would overhear his men talking about who will be lookout tonight. Jacob wanting to listen on how they would figure it out would hear and listen to his friend Jake say something to the rest of them which seemed to quite everyone down. His voice was louder than everyone else's, and this would make it distinct. Jacob would listen to Jake act like a superior, but still act like a comrade to his fellow soldiers. This showed Jake’s true skill of being a leader, and would soon enough tell who would be lookout tonight and who’ll be switching out. Jacob was proud of him, but he was still proud of all of his men and this really showed why. They could work without him, and that’s really all he wants. The reason for this is that if he dies that means he won’t have to worry on who’ll lead next. Once Jacob smirked as he thought about this, he would make his way to his sleeping bag and hit the hay.

Chapter 3: Decimation

Jacob about to open his eyes would hear as if someone entered his tent. As he opened his eyes he would see a human figure get closer and he would aim his pistol at it with a tightened grip, but before hearing Jake’s voice he would truly wake up and sit up quickly. His pistol would be sitting where the map was, and this shows that he saw a dream. He then would sigh and look at the entrance of his tent where he saw Jake. He then would get up tell him he could come in. Jacob would grab his canteen and take a drink before looking back at the Lance Corporal, “Alright, we’ll be moving out soon. Round up the men and tell them to make sure their magazines are loaded and their guns are in working order.” As Jacob said this, Jake would nod and say, “Yes, sir. By the way Jacob, you need to come outside of your tent sometimes during missions. You always stay in here. I know it’s because you need to think of plans and such, but come out from time to time. Saying hello sometimes would be great and sitting and talking with us would be even better, so after this get in the habit of doing it.” After hearing what Jake said, Jacob would laugh and nod. Jake nodded back and exited the tent with Jacob following behind. Once outside the sun was shining brightly, but it was still cold. Jacob then told everyone what was going on and they all seemed to understand. He then grabbed his AR and would tell everyone to get in formation. As he said this, they would get into a wedge and make their way into the forest towards the village. As soon as they started hearing yelling in a different language they would get prone and slowly make their way there. Once they were all in position they would see a lot of them missing. Jacob was either worried or relieved, but both of those feelings rushed by him like a rollercoaster and once he gave the signal they snuck in killing all of the Chedaki inside. Gunshots from the Chedaki were heard and as soon as Jacob’s squad entered and finished they were done in around thirty minutes. After this they would search the perimeter for the leftovers of the Chedaki and once they found none and it was secure they would make their way back to camp to rest up before going back to the main compound. After reaching their campsite they would quickly rest up and start making their way to the compound in Elektro. After hiking a few miles they soon ran up on Elektro and saw there were no lights on. The loud, and booming compound was very quiet. It was very eerie and soon enough Jacob would order his squad to follow and make their way into the compound. As they started to continue down into Elektro they would hear loud growling in the compound and as soon as they entered they would see corpses upon corpses of people. Gunshot wounds, bites marks, missing limbs, chunks of people scattered everywhere, and hell there was even Chedaki bodies here and there. As Jacob and his squad entered and looked around they found the source of the growling and it made shivers go down their spine. Jacob told his men to aim at the pile of bodies where infected were drawn to. He then said, “FIRE AT THOSE VILE CREATURES!” As he said that he would fire at the remnants of infected still in the compound, and before you knew it they would watch as the last one fell to the ground. They then took what they can from the base and made a run for it. They soon made it back to their campsite they setted up and took some time to relax. Jacob got the idea to set up a link to command to explain what has happened, but couldn’t get a good signal at all. This was it, and the compound was destroyed. The only people who were alive that was from the compound was Jacob’s squad. Which only consisted of five men, and that wasn’t a lot. Jacob then made the announcement of what is going to happen from now on. He talked about how they were going to help people in need and how they’ll keep the peace. They saw what happened when peace and order is broken, so they’re going to prevent it from happening again. This is when Operation: Custodia started, this is where it fully began.

Chapter 4: Law, Order, and Justice

The next two years were full of preparation, planning, and operating. Jacob named his new Operation: Custodia and picked up other military personnel along the way. Jake Colemen was also a good leader for the group and so Jacob appointed him as a leader of the group. They went through villages and cities and helped out the people in need. They figured out what the new groups are and found out where the evil was at. Chernarus is where Custodia fully shined.

Glad to see this finally up!

Just a few suggestions, make the font size a lot smaller. The huge font makes it not so friendly to ready. I suggest using the default or 12 font.

Graphics are good, maybe make sure the spacing isn't off.

You guys have a strong roster and have always provided good roleplay when i have interacted with you guys.

Just gunna also mention try putting some timeline and obtainable goals - as the admins will look for that.

As others have mentioned I’d say go with a smaller font

You should also think of a few more time specific goals and add them to the list

"Here, I'll mark it on your map."

Memery aside, this is a visually appealing thread with coherent lore that is well-written. Roleplaying a modern military outfit is perhaps one of the most challenging roles to pull off convincingly, due in part to the degree of professionalism required. However, it seems like you're dedicated and more than able to achieve that level realism . Good luck, hope to see you patrolling the wastes some time soon.

Decent group, but you need to work on your goals.

If they were anymore generic they'd be in the bargain bin at Walmart.
