what is the number of characters required for the bare minimum of the whitelist application

I don't know about the personal section, but for character backstory it's 500 characters. It's easy to get there, your backstory will write itself if you have a good idea of the person you're trying to breathe life into.

Make sure to have a realistic backstory with a minimum 500 characters. Make sure it coincides with our Lore. Try to be as original as possible but don't be afraid to take inspiration from other characters or events or experiences in your own life. Make sure to keep in mind that height is in Metric and so is weight. Select at least one character picture that has a visible face and is realistic. A Photo or screen shot is fine or a realistic drawing.
