Why the verdict is not fair: (I Do believe this was justified as it was only a temp ban while on holiday)

Additional statements/comments explaining your point of view: Effectively what had happened was I attempted to steal a vehicle in Guglovo, unfortuneatly for me, I was in the wrong ghear so it took a while to start up. I had then been initiated on by Vladimir putin and a guy was stopped in front of me in my way as I was trying to maneouvre the vehicle as well as him unholstering his gun in the meantime. I had attempted to then escape but as a result of my own incompetence, was shot and killed.

What would you like to achieve with this appeal: To further review the case at hand and deal with it as necessary

What could you have done better?: Nothing, I was on holiday at the time of the report.

A team of staff members have looked over your appeal and have decided to remove the Temp-ban whoever seeing the appeal was for a pov for a unverdicted report it will also be given here, with that said.

 @Senore Dogg a team of staff members have looked over the details of the report and have ruled you guilty of a INVALID KILL (on-sight) as the way you killed @ItsChocolateMan did not seem accidental as you had ample time to stop and initiate on @ItsChocolateMan to get out of the way before you ran him over, but seeing you didn't initiate you didn't meet the following criteria of the rules to get kill rights:

4.6 If you successfully capture a player through a hostile action and then take him into your custody, he is now considered your hostage. You must do everything in your power to keep your hostages alive and in a relatively good health. That includes protecting them from external threats like zombies and leaving them with a realistic chance of survival when they are released. A character that is taken hostage may be executed once for a hostile incident that happened in the past where the hostage was personally responsible for, or participated in a death of your ally. In any other circumstances, hostages may only be executed in the following scenarios:

Hostages do not comply with your demands after repeated requests or try to escape.

Hostages pose a direct threat to you or your group, for example by picking up a weapon when not allowed to.

Hostages do not value their life, for example they repeatedly talk back or insult you despite being told to stop.

Approved group of the hostage or their allies refuse to negotiate or open fire on hostage takers.

Demands from negotiations with approved group of the hostage have not been met after a reasonable time has elapsed.
