Background

Hunter was born in a small town in California and grew up as many children in the area did, a quiet uneventful life. He was aptly named, as he took a shine to the outdoors and various skillsets required to live off the land. Eventually his family had moved away from everything to grow grapes to make wine as his parents planned for retirement, meanwhile Hunter was busy making a name for himself growing, creating and selling drugs out of the guest house and running them to various people, but grew tired of the lifestyle and wanted to get back to his roots. This eventually prompted Hunter to begin traveling, working where he could and visiting many places and countries to see what life had to offer, but it was in Norway that his travels would end and a new life would await him on a fateful September day.

Exploring the country, mainly by foot, he had first hand encounters with the virus when he encountered a few violent infected attacking someone. He tried to intervene, but quickly realized something was wrong, barely escaping through a nearby building, running through neighborhoods and into the surrounding wilderness- where he scouted and learned about what was happening, while trying to quietly survive and find refuge. With electronics all but useless, he slowly suspected the worse and grew paranoid as the months passed, suspicious of anyone he encountered and drawing more recluse.
