Randy Hill used to serve various clinics in northern Chernarus. He actually got to treat one of the first alleged infected assault victims. Seeing someone he was unable to help really messed him up. He remembers how she became unresponsive and "hungry".
He's got a lot of memories from when he used to have it all. All the money he needed, a nice house and plenty of food. Now he's barely holding onto his sanity, making morbid jokes that are barely welcome given the tense atmosphere of the outbreak. He might joke that he'll have some gasoline with his next chicken wing.
He's self-diagnosed with severe anxiety and his panic attacks are frequent. Despite his severe self-doubt, he finds serenity in care giving and being useful, and will try to get to know every survivor. He's afraid of the outbroken and becomes paralyzed with fear when faced with even just a single zombie. His ventures into the city are slow and methodical since he's practically scared of his own shadow.
He'll do everything he can to prevent more loss of life, although he may never get over the post-traumatic stress the outbreak has caused.
