Max was born into a well of family in San Francisco. His parents sent him to a private school, in which he did not perform well at all. He found school utterly lame and bogus. His real passion was that for the waves and the surf. After a few years of struggling through school. He dropped out, and spent his time on the beach thanks to his parents money. in Early 2020 Max decided to go travel to the small island of Santa Cruz, where he hears the waves are totally radical.
Spending a couple of months on Santa Cruz, his parents became worried and told Max it was time to come home to his family. He knew it was going to be his last week on the island. He decided that he should go on a private boat tour of the area. Once out on the boat a terrible storm snuck up on the boat. During the storm the driver of the boat was lost, while Max stayed below deck. Once he woke up, he was adrift, at the mercy of the ocean.
Days past, and the air became frigid, while sleeping he felt the boat run aground, he looked up to see land for the first time in a week. He stepped off for adventures unknown.
