Toan Orumov fits the profile as a typical Chernarussian, bearing the resemblance of his father Eugene Orumov. His mother, Alena Orumov, was a nurse at Chernogorsk Central Hospital as their only son and brother of two big sisters. His youthful childhood allowed him to garner a lot of attention at school with his impersonations of western movie characters, such as Sylvester Stallone and John Wayne. There were times where he'd much preferred to speak in an American mid-western accent than his Chernarussian soft spoken tone. It'd been an issue to the point where he was sent to get a psychic evaluation over it, but it'd only dismayed the healthy young boy.

Toan didn't join the military, and he was washed out of the police academy, and so he opted to become an electrician instead in the village of Orvolets. There, he made a measly paycheck and lived in a studio apartment two villages over before the outbreak had occurred, and during/after the civil war.

Bouncing from group to group, he decided to revert back to his usual mid-western American accent like in the movies and use his wits about him to make a living in this new apocalyptic world. Donning a cowboy hat, he began a new business called 'Toan's General Accessories', a general store spotted in Kabanino, Berenzino, and more recently Rogovo.
