Bobby McCoomer was a Irish man from Ireland.
He and his family lived in a caravan camp with moveable houses.
His dad always told him that a houses without wheels isn't a house, and thought him various traits that could help him make money while they were on the move or staying somewhere for a short while.
While most of these tricks were simple engineering tricks and knowledge to help out in workshops, they also included less legal traits such as pickpocketing and stealing tires/copper.

One day while working in the workshop a well dressed man came to him and he said: "son a man with talent like you should not participate in petty crime, rather you should work for me."
Bobby McCoomer asked the man : "Who are you fella ?"
The man said : "You can call me Tony, Big Tony, I'm a representative of the Nyheim fishing club, and we want you to join our organization."
Bobby was wierded out by the man but said "ok."

Later that week Bobby moved to Nyheim and got into contact with the fishing club over there, it seemed that they were the kind of people he would get along with.

Then the outbreak happend.
